This stuff saved me during perimenopause and I’ve been taking it ever since. I’m 50 and around 45 I started losing my hair. I stumbled across this in my search to figure out why this was happening and I feel like it was divine intervention because I know have the thickest hair I’ve ever had in my life. I took the recommended dose of four pills a day, everyday for a year. But I started noticing less hair fall and more regrowth within 3 WEEKS!! Now, five years later I only take 3 a day October through April because heat and UV light make hair grow faster, so I don’t feel I need it in summer anymore. This brand sells impeccable supplements and I’ve tried them all. The Superhair, Superbeauty, Sex Dust and Brain Dust are my favorites. It’s pricey but I replaced my multivitamin with this instead.

I bought this product because I felt like my hair was shedding more than it should. After about two weeks, I felt like my shedding had improved drastically. But towards the end of the 30 days, I felt that my shedding was back to where I had started from. Probably not the vitamin’s fault, the shedding is probably mostly dependent upon my hormones. I noticed that my nails grew super fast and feel strong. Overall, not worth the cost if it won’t help the problem I was trying to solve.
