Great product
Great product to use in buttercream before you add a colour. It works really well as it makes the buttercream white so when you then use the colour you want you get the colour you need. Always use this product now.

Nice addition to my baking collection, so i can get nice white icing.
Just used this item for the first time today after making a Christmas cake icing, it does make the icing a lot whiter, for a better finished effect on my cakes.

This works to whiten icing! I was skeptical when a cake decorating influencer shared this but it definitely did the trick!

Amazing!
I've used a variety of brands before I came across this great product and the one I can more or less compare it with, is the wilton food colouring which unfortunately is no longer available. I purchased ingenious 14 times now and that was a game change from the first time. Seriously, highly recommended. The only thing I would point out is that the bottle isn't always completely full. It would also be great if the 500ml bottle was actually available. Indeed a great product with no after taste and good quality.
