Sharp and focused
I have been tasking this for months and I am in my mid 30s. I have been very focused and sharp. I do know the difference when I am not taking it. Perfect for work and in the morning.

Brain fog is awful
I've had brain fog for a few years now and find it most embarrassing. I am glad I found this product. I have tried different products for the mind with zero success. For the past few weeks of taking Hello Alert Mind, I seen small subtle results of my memory improving. I know nothing works overnight, but I have hopes that this will continue to correct my brain fog eventually.

Never been more alert!
