Great IP Phone packed with features
This is the second of these IP phones I have bought, which are installed on a FreePBX system. Setup is OK if you know what you're doing, but as with most IP telephony kit there are way more features than generally needed and mostly for backwards compatibility. A quick start or FreePBX wizard would be a good enhancement to the web based admin/setup console. Will buy again and would recommend.

Great phone
This is a great office phone. It's what I use for all my business calls. It integrates very well with our 3cx system. That said, this phone was a bit of a nightmare to configure in comparison to some of the competitor IP phones... still - I like it!

Excellent IP Phone
The phone does exactly what I wanted and probably more! It arrived on time and in brand new unopened packaging. I'm running it 24/7 so time will tell on reliability, but at the moment it looks good. I have one line (Account) going off site using NAT and one Line direct to the local asterisk PABX, and it all just worked in 10 minutes

The features and customisation on this phone are fantastic.
I've been using the same NEC switchboard for the business for over 15 years... the previous one exploded in a thunderstorm. This handset fits perfectly with the new Grandstream switchboard and this phone is fantastic, sounds excellent and does everything I want, which is a lot... (Answer machine, voice prompts, call queues, on-hold music... automatic day/night mode, automatic holiday mode... the list goes on...)
