This printer does really good for the price. It is still pixelated some and I wish that you could print in color instead of only black and white.

Bought this for my 16 year old who is sadly taking 3 science classes this year. Worked great for the first 2 years then stopped working earlier last year. Very sad but at least it put up with me for a good while. I will say it wont print words very well if ur trying to use it for school but the pictures come out great.

Usage it good, if you know how to use it. To get full access to all features, you don't have to pay for the membership. You don't have to have it though if you don't want. Print quality is decent, doesn't need to be fancy in my opinion, I used it to print names for Christmas gifts, so worked great. I was confused on why some printed and some wouldn't. I contacted support and they replied quick and explained how it works, so after that, it was easy to understand how to use it. Connection is fast on Bluetooth. It did come with 3 small rolls, and I did switch out the colors several times during Christmas.

After managing to set up the printer, my hopes were quickly dashed when I attempted to print my first document. No matter what I tried, the printer consistently failed to respond to print commands. I checked all the connections, ensured the papers were properly installed. Yet, the printer stubbornly refused to cooperate. To make matters worse, the printer's really poor quality, it’s flimsy and prone to jamming, and the overall quality feels cheap and fragile.

+ No ink needed makes it so much simpler to use + works well with my phone, quick and easy to use with no setup needed + Great for journalling and labels I use it to print photos, notes, text, and graphics + I use sticker paper output so its easy to stick into my journal but you can get different colours/see through paper too + decent quality and value for money - can't take larger paper sizes (but small thermal printers that do are £60+ - some of the phomemo app settings are paid sub only (but plenty enough that aren't for my use)
