Very bad preworkout supplement. Never use this. No pump felt during workout, no adrenergic stimulus felt. It is a dull compound. Other simple pre workouts are far better than this. Total wastage of money.

Taste is good. You feel energetic after consuming it. It helps in improving exercise duration. But, if you are taking it in evening say around 5pm, you do exhaust yourself e in gym after that, still you don't feel sleepy uptil late night say 11 or even 12. That's a concern who wants to sleep and wake up early. Moreover, I'm a black coffee person. So my total consumption of caffeine increases when I'm using this product, that's a concern. But yes, after consuming it, my body certainly pulls up/gives better quality workout. No tingling sensation, no sudden crash after the effect wears out..
