Very sharp Very durable - practically indestructible as far as I can see Feels good when using - good all rounder but I mainly use it for chopping short logs into kindling I imagine a Viking would have loved it back in the day too

I’ve used this a few times now in the woods and it certainly does the job. I’m personally not a big fan of the bulky sheath and integral handle but that’s just Fiskars’ style. It’s weighted well and easy to keep a sharpe edge. Do note that if you leave it wet under the sheath it’ll be prone to rust, so make sure to wipe off any moisture before stowing away

As the title says it's an absolutely brilliant axe, weighted just right. Splits small diameter logs effortlessly and strips bark like butter. Their splitting axe I also highly recommend, easily splits large diameter logs.

So I just got this axe and have tried it out. I can say it is sharp enough out of the box to do what you need but if you want a razer edge then you will need to sharpen it yourself. The construction is pretty solid and I cant see any issues that may arise at least not yet. My only negative point I can make is the grip is uncomfortable and it would be easy for it to slip out of your hand and after a lot use you will be feeling it. My advice is wear a nice pair of work gloves that give grip and a little padding. Over all the axe is pretty good and worth the money that is asked for it.

I got this for bushcraft, and chopping wood for whittling. It was recommended by the bushcraft community. It's a solid axe. Feels quality. Good grip. It does everything you'd want a good axe to do :)

Everything about this hatchet is top-notch. Sharp and holding its edge so far, safety cover that works and splits logs and kindling alike.

Ele güzel oturuyor ve çok keskin. Yere veya taşa vurursanız ağzı çabuk bozuluyor bilginiz olsun. Yanında mutlaka bileme aparatını da alın inanılmaz işe yarıyor. Çok iyi kesiyor. Bence bu boyu hem ufak işler hem de kamp için muazzam.

La he usado poco pero funciona genial, la he clavado en el suelo sin querer y no le ha pasado nada al filo. La ergonómia es perfecta, no se te escapa. Opino que es una de las cosas en las que no hay que intentar ahorrar porque con los años te arrepientes. Comprar una vez y que dure lo máximo posible. Como inconveniente diría que no es tan bonita como una de madera.
