32U Server Rack Cabinet – 19" Network Rack Enclosure, 35" Deep Floor Standing Data Rack with Locking Glass Door, Cooling Fans, PDU & Shelf for Servers, Switches and Patch Panels

I purchased the 35 depth, 32u, 4 roof fan rack. Style: 5/5 — honestly what stood out immediately. It looks amazing. Quality: 5/5 — made of sturdy material, it is quite heavy duty. Value: 4/5 — There are far cheaper options available, but I opted to spend more to have something I liked to look at more. If you are on a budget there are far cheaper options. Noise: 1/5 — I bought an enclosed cabinet to reduce noise, but the pre installed fans on the roof of the rack are very very loud. This really does eliminate one of the reasons to get an enclosed cabinet. More on this next. Customer Service: 6/5 — I reached out to Sysracks about the noise issue, they got back to me very quickly and offered me free silent replacement fans. I was very happy and surprised by this. Well when I got the fans and begun replacing them the screw terminal on the fan controller broke, not Sysrack’s fault I’ll add. I emailed them about this ready to take the loss and they sent me a free replacement fan controller.

Some parts were damaged in shipping but it still looks and functions okay once fully assembled. It carries the weight of my devices well and has a wide range of configurability.

I have been looking for a rack capable of housing my servers I run at my house for a while now. I came across this one and checked it out on their web site. My server model was listed as being compatible as far as size goes so I ordered it. It came yesterday and assembly was fairly straightforward. It was packed in five boxes very well. It is a little light weight compared to some racks I’ve used at work but still great for the price. I only had one issue, one of the door handles broke when I operated it the first time. I contacted the company through Amazon (late) before going to bed and when I woke up early this morning they had already messaged me saying they would replace it and asked for my shipping address. Outstanding rack with awesome customer service.

Bought this rack to replace an open 25u rack. Unit arrived in 5 boxes through FedEx, everything was very well packaged, a few minor dings from FedEx handling but other than that was good. Instructions were pretty straightforward for assembly. I opted out of using the included fixed shelf. And as well opted out of using the included fans/controller (loud, as expected for an industrial type fan) and instead went with some high flow noctua 120mm fans. A note on the included cooling system, the fans are 120v so it's not as simple as splicing regular PC fans into the controller. Front door looks amazing with some led back lighting. No complaints with anything on it. I'll update the review if I think of any other important points about this rack but so far highly recommended

Product not strong enough and very thin body. They should have provided atleast 2 or 3 fix shelfs. They only gave one.

The overall quality of the rack and the major components is fantastic. I did have an issue with a couple fans that did not work, the built in thermostat is somewhere around 7-9 degrees (f) low, and the clock drifts to the point it isn't worth looking at. Even with the issues that I've listed, the company support has been fantastic and I couldn't ask for better. Will purchase these units for future projects.
