These can be fixed - design flaw UPDATED
(Updated 8-9-23. The seller reached out to me to offer a refund or replacement without me asking for it. Based on their customer service, I have upgraded my rating. Thank you for acknowledging this issue. Hopefully, they will work on their design of this light. I have three and love them but like a lot of the 1 star reviews, one stopped working suddenly after 4 months. I hate throwing things away and refuse to believe that the rechargeable batteries are that faulty to stop working after only 4 months. So, I opened one up and lo and behold outside of the casing, it worked perfectly fine. I'm no electrical genius but something was causing a short. I placed it back in its casing and slowly added the screws and connections. First issue was contact with the wires and the magnet. I placed gaffers tape (I guess you could use electrical tape as well) on the magnet on the inside. Then I reset the screws holding the LEDs in place and the screw closest to the touch switch sensor (first photo) when screwed all the way in caused a short and it would stop working. I loosened it slightly and the LEDs worked fine. I couldn't even get the third screw back in but it was not necessary. Reinstalled the led cover and end plates and now it's working fine. Bottom line, there's design flaws and more insulation between the screws, wires, and magnet is needed to keep the unit from shorting out (electricians correct my verbiage please). Don't throw it away. You can't get your money back but you can fix it with a little patience. That being said. If not for the design flaws, I would give it 5 stars. As it is, you get what you pay for and they can be salvaged with a little effort. NOTE: Be careful when removing them from the magnetic mount. Do it gently to avoid jostling the wires and screws that may cause this shorting issue.

There Is Good And Bad With This One
First, the good... This light is inexpensive, but doesn't look that way after it's installed. It's very simple to install, works as advertised, the magnet holds the light very secure against the bracket, and I personally like this light. It absolutely accomplished my goal of wanting a picture light to show off my art, despite the issues I'll explain below. The Bad... If you're using the supplied charging cable, it will take a long time to charge fully. I plugged the light in around 5pm and it wasn't finished by the time I went to bed at midnight! When I charged it the second time, it took well over 7 hours. It doesn't hold a charge very long. The first time I used this I had to recharge the light after having it on a total of about 7 hours. As stated above, it took more than 7 to recharge again. There is no way to tell how much of a charge you have. The light will simply shut off and refuse to turn on when it's time to charge again. They do not supply an outlet plug for the usb charger. While I have a few in my house, it would be a nice touch to not have to use another device's plug to speed up the charging process. The on/off switch is extremely sensitive. If you come remotely close to it, the light will cycle the power. Over all, this light would be phenomenal if it held a charge longer and it charged quicker. But, it does get the job right and for the price, I was expecting there to be a few issues. Good luck!

The functional mood lighting we needed
The tilting head of this light makes it not only stylish but functional. Because of this, you can either use it to illuminate your artwork or a pathway. All in all, I think the quality and beauty of this light in our space makes it worth the price.

Perfect picture lights
I bought 2 of these for my wife's diamond art pictures, and they are perfect, with multiple options on lighting modes and times. Both lights work off the same remote, so we have a spare remote now. You have 3 separate lighting modes, warm white (yuk), white, and cool white. You can dim or brighten with the remote, and bright is pretty bright too. You can also use the remote to set how long you want them to run (15, 30, or 60 minutes, or, until you use up all of the battery), and it works (I tested them all). Easy install, as the mount just hangs on 2 screws, and the light bar has a magnet, so when you are needing to recharge them, you simply pull it off the mount, charge it, and pop it back up. The mount has a pad on it where the magnet attaches, so it won't scratch the unit (smart idea). I looked at several of these before purchasing, and also read the previous reviews, and I agree these are excellent. You can also control On and Off from a touch button on the side of the light bar (in case you lose the remote), but no control over dimming or timing. This comes with a Micro-USB cable, but no wall adapter (not much comes with adapters anymore, so get used to it). When charging, the LED indicator is red, and when fully charged, it goes green. I like these so much, I'm going to get another one, or two..... * Update * - Yup, I like these so much, I got more...and now that family has seen them, they all want them too....looks like I know what to get as Christmas gifts.

Lights no longer charge after 6 months
Aesthetically pleasing, easy to hang. However, the lights stopped holding a charge after 6 months of minimal use (maybe a total of 6 hours of use per week).

Rechargeable Battery Life
Needs a longer life battery between rechargings. I purchased a 16 inch light some time ago and have been very satisfied with it, but needed more light on my art piece. I bought this 22 inch model from the same manufacturer. The light is great except the larger size drains the rechargeable battery faster. Seems as if the same battery pack is used on both the 16 and 22 inch. I suggest that the 22 inch version be manufactured with a rechargeable battery pack with a longer life.
