First Experience- excellent washing quality. Sorry but I find this better than Bosch having used it for 3 yrs. Good build quality. Though I received it with a dent at the back but works perfectly. Please make sure you look for damages before accepting delivery and sharing the OTP else you will get a hard time getting a replacement or returning the item. Its sad how the quality of delivery of large items by Amazon is detoriating everyday. Its no longer reliable. Hardly any noise. it works silently. On time delivery by Amazon and installation by LG. Feedback- Default Settings need to improve for better user experience. The child lock doesnt work for start button, which must be fixed by LG. Faced the issue with the door getting locked but thanks to YouTube we found the hack. LG seriously needs to work on the door quality. Overall I am satisfied with the buy. Would recommend it.

Nice build quality: The product feels sturdy and well-made, giving me confidence in its durability and longevity. 2. Motor placed on suspension: The motor's suspension design effectively reduces vibration, ensuring a smoother and quieter operation during use. 3. Trustable brand: As a customer of this brand before, I've had positive experiences with their products, and this one lives up to the reputation in terms of performance and reliability. Cons: 1. Delivery concerns: Unfortunately, the delivery people didn't handle the package properly, leading to concerns about potential faults in the machine. Fortunately, mine seems to be working fine, but this issue needs to be addressed to maintain the product's integrity. 2. Heavy machine: The product's weight, approximately 70KG, makes it challenging to move around or reposition, especially if you have limited physical strength or space in your laundry area. 3. Slight noise during operation: At 1400 rpm, the machine emits a motor humming and water sucking sounds, which might be bothersome to some users. However, it's not overly loud and still remains bearable during operation. 4. Installation experience: The installation guy seemed more interested in upselling additional products than providing detailed information about the machine. It would have been more helpful if he focused on explaining its features and maintenance.

Super energy efficient (8 wash/months will cost you around 172 rupees of energy means 22rs per wash which is more than efficient) 2. Super smooth: the motor is too smooth that even you can put anything on it(which is highly non recommended) while operating,because of it's smooth spinning feature. 3. Super smart: you just put your cloths into it, select the mode, select hot water function, select intense care/not press start, then you take rest cause it will take care of the rest.. oversmartly automatic. 4. Super silent: even at the top speed (1600rpm) it makes hardly a noise.. Cons: still nothing (after using 10 washes in a month). Please submit it as helpful review if you find it so.. Thanks.

So, I got this LG washing machine recently and, honestly, I'm kind of let down. The biggest gripe? The crazy noise it makes while running. I mean, sure, I was expecting a bit of noise - all machines make some. But this thing takes it to a whole new level. It's like a mini earthquake and you can hear it in every corner of the house. It's seriously irritating and disrupts everything. I thought LG was a solid brand, but this noise issue makes me question that. The washing itself seems okay, but honestly, the noise overshadows any good it does. I've tried everything - adjusting the load, making sure it's level, doing all the maintenance stuff they recommend. But the noise just won't quit. I really hope LG takes this seriously and does something about it. I get that machines make noise, but this is just too much. I regret buying it - I wish I had gone with a different brand or model. To sum up, this LG washer's noise level is a total downer. It might clean well, but the constant racket is a deal-breaker for me. LG needs to fix this if they want happy customers in the future.

Overall quality of this washing machine is Excellent.Overall, Inverter Direct Drive technology in LG washing machines offers quieter operation, increased durability, energy efficiency, enhanced washing performance, and reduced maintenance requirements. The motor is directly connected to the drum, eliminating the need for belts and pulleys. Just GO for it. It's cheap online then buying from CROMA or other outlets. But one thing I noticed that in local outlets the models are not available for online purchases. I think companies produce different varients for online and office customers.
