I have celiac disease and cow’s milk allergy. These Kind Protein Bars are gluten free and not made in a facility with wheat or milk! These are 1 of 3 things I can eat while out and about as I’m severely allergic. I can’t trust any food made by others at this point. These granola bars are a good size, filling, delicious, nutritious, give me energy and balance my blood sugar. They’re soft enough to pinch pieces off and discretely eat. They DO crumble in big pieces 30% of the time if you eat them like that. Better than the fine dust from the crunchy ones. Most protein GF/DF granola bars are tiny and super expensive. These are a great price for the amount you get, and loads of flavors! I have 5 different flavors open in my cabinet at all times so I can have variety.

Good tasting! A little on the sweet side but it tasted a lot better than most such items. Kind bars seem to have always been good for me.

So yummy! Any of these flavors, so far, have been delicious, pretty filling for a snack and in the moment, and helpful to my breastmilk supply on the oat part. I absolutely enjoy these on the go, and while I am pumping. They are easy to eat, and they have two so it’s a double nice little treat. Not sticky, tastes fresh, and doesn’t taste sugary at all to me. They are sweet, but not sugary. They say they are energy bars, but I don’t notice it too much, but that could just be that I am usually tired anyways. But, I am sure that it does give me energy just from eating and nourishing my body.

The low sugar content and great taste make this my go to morning grad. Variety of flavors. More healthy than the muffin I used to eat! Great price. 2 bars a filling just the right size. Kind has guality products.

OMG. These are like the best snacks ever. the texture is crunchy and the flavor is awesome. These are one of my favorite snacks. You get two bars in a package and I only get them from Amazon cause it’s the best deal. if you buy them at Walmart you only get one bar per package and they’re higher in price…I love the blueberry ones. These are so great. Try them. You won’t be disappointed.

Such a good snack, not too crumbly and tastes great - actually two in one pack, and i could only eat 1-1/2, they are great size
