Cervical Traction Device

Very comfortable to lay on. Helped with easing my neck pain.

This gadget does stretch my neck out, all the way to my middle back. To that end, I am a tall female and I have a semi-long neck. I could see someone w/a super short neck not getting any benefit from this, if their head would bend over it at all. I also don't mind it being hard like others have mentioned because those bumps on the neck strecher works as a massager in my opinion.4/5 stars. Star deducted because I did not feel any stretching near the trap muscle area near my collar bone.

I purchased this product to see if my neck pain would go away. Almost instantaneously I could feel the pillow aligning my neck and spine. This all occurred within a couple of minutes of using the pillow.It definitely is not a soft pillow as it does give when placing your head upon the pillow. There are raised areas on the pillow that may correspond with pressure points. That I’m not sure of, but it did make my neck and spine feel better.

I do not like this product at all..I thought I had found something great but this adds to my pain…I tried a few times but it’s painful so I haven’t tried anymore..a waste of money in my opinion

Very comfortable and easy to use

As someone who has a variety of neck issues I’m always looking for some relief. This pad/pillow device works great and is easy to use. Less than half the price of “active” devices which are a bit more risky and difficult to use. Simply lay down on your back on a firm mattress, table or floor. Lay your head in the device with the tail end facing towards your back and the slit rolled end facing away from you. (See the pics in the listing or instructions) you’ll find your level of intensity. It may be a bit aggressive for a beginner user initially but that’s only because it’s working. Keep it to ten minutes or less initially and don’t push against it too hard. As you use it the muscles and bones in your neck will even out and you’ll be able to apply more pressure. To get a full stretch once comfortable put your arms behind your back. Item is of high quality, easy to clean, and has been durable. Don’t let your dog chew on it and it’ll last a very long time. Great neck traction device.

Did nothing for me, not what I expected

This is very creative neck pillow for those who get frequent pain due to neck sprain. I usually get neck pain once in a while in the morning after I wake up due to one sided sleep. I am no longer worried as this product comforts and relieves neck pain. Great product for pain relief and comfort!
