Quality control needed
One of the vases arrived faulty. A shame as overall the quality is excellent. There seems to be no simple process on Amazon for addressing this and getting one of the vases replaced.

Absolutely LOVE these!!! Extremely good quality, shape & color. They held water & flowers for a baby shower PERFECTLY. Highly recommend these vases and would buy them again for sure! They came securely packaged & the glass is strong & durable. They added class & a beautiful touch for a very affordable price. We received a lot of compliments on them and they can used again and again for so many different kinds of events. Great purchase!! So happy with them! :)

Articles pas assez protégés par rapport à la fragilité et aux chocs que subissent les colis pendant les trajets. Ajoutez à cela un livreur qui jette le colis à plusieurs mètres = 4 vases brisés sur 16 et 2 rayés. Un emballage renforcé serait souhaitable. Sinon articles conformes à la commande.
