I’ve been using this for about 2.5 years now and I still keep buying it. Anytime my child gets a diaper rash, this is the first thing I reach for. It works really fast. Most of the time I see a difference by the next diaper change, and sometimes it clears up within a day or two. It’s thick and actually stays on the skin, which I feel like helps it work better than the thinner creams. I’ve tried a few other brands here and there, but I always end up coming back to this because it just works. The only thing I’ve noticed is the consistency can be a little different depending on the tube, sometimes it’s smoother and sometimes thicker but it’s always worked the same for me. Overall, this is one of those products I always make sure I have at home. Definitely my favorite diaper rash cream.

Works great for even the most rashy bums. Doesn’t have a terrible odor (I’m looking at you Desitin max strength) but is still thick and works well. Con is its super expensive so only use if desperate. This is not everyday use stuff

This is our favorite butt paste for our baby. You really only need to use a very small amount. It works great and lasts a long time. I prefer this over Bueautros.

This is so effective. Anytime my husband or I start to see any red at all we use this for a day with our little and it heals it so quickly! It is messy but very effective. It even worked on a spot of contact dermatitis that I got, I just used it overnight since it goes on thick and white.
