MÜHLE Alum Stone 9.5 g Alum Stick After Shave Shaving Care for men and women, vegan, for skin irritation, travel kit

Had my doubts regarding these, but they definitely work and stop bleeding no matter how bad a shave cut. I use a safety razor and when i started using it, cut myself a fair amount. This stopped the bleeding on any cut i had. Word of warning though, it nips!!! Once the initial sting goes the blood stops. Cant be without one now.

Predictable high quality product from Muhle.

For years I had a crystalline styptic pencil that I left behind in a hotel and have been searching for a replacement. Virtually all that I have bought since have been poor quality and mixed with talc which makes them soft and pretty useless. Then I found this Muhle one. There was nothing in the narrative of this being mixed with talc or not so I emailed Muhle to make sure. They confirmed that this was of the crystalline version that I had been searching for. Many of the reviews were good but also many were broken inside the tube when delivered. I took a punt anyway and was relieved that it was in one piece. Knicked myself shaving this morning and applied this stick to the site. It stung a little (Good sign) like my old one did and stopped the bleeding in a few seconds. Well pleased at last!

Works as advertised.

A good product that works well, but design needs a rethink. The stick was wedged tightly into the case making it difficult to open. After using a screwdriver to prize the case off, the stick shot out and dropped onto the floor and shattered into pieces. Should be easy to open, or the stick better protected

Is ok but very thin and mine snapped off within a week so the slightest pressure and that’s it

Der Stick ist dazu da um kleinere Blutungen nach der Rasur zu stillen. Man befeuchtet die Wunden etwas und geht dann mit den Stift kurz drüber. Es tut kaum brennen und stillt die Blutung augenblicklich. Bei Stiften anderer Hersteller hatte ich of das Problem das sie durch die Feuchtigkeit sehr oft instabil wurden und dann einfach wegbrachen, dies ist hier nach 3 Monaten Nutzung nicht der Fall. Deshalb lohnt sich der höhere Preis.
