3 separate belts focussing on waist, hips. Universal fit. So no need to worry about size. It compresses really well. Slightly thick if I wear under my clothes, can't tell if we can wear it to office, colleges or outside. I don't know if the elastic would loosen up later.

Item is good but velcroo part is ok ok

its pretty amazing for the price. fits all sizes. quality is good too. Received light pink color, not beige but i don’t mind tho

Adding this review after one and half month of use post delivery. The velcros of the belt are already damaged and the belt is of no use now. Initially it was better for pain relief but the quality of the velcros is not good. If it goes of use in one and half month, then ideally it is too expensive. I have to purchase a new one now due to the same. Also twice the upper bands for tightening of the big belt automatically got unfastened due to velcro issue and it hurt me badly too. Would not recommend this belt to anyone.
