Methyl B12

You can’t go wrong with this product and this type of B 12 is the best I really like this sublingual product. Even if your B12 levels are in range, you could still benefit from this product it will give you more energy. I actually get a calmness when I take this product. I take this product now every other day this type of B12 builds up in the body so you could even take it three times a week. I’ve heard people taking it once a week at a higher dose. And if you’re a vegan or you don’t eat red meat, you definitely need this product. You don’t want to deplete your B12 levels even though it takes a while to deplete the days and months and years go quick and if you’re not getting B12 in your food, eventually you will be B12 deficient, stay on top of it and take your B12. I used to take B12 injections back in the 90s but with this supplement you don’t need to do that it’s just as good & in a better B12 form methylcobalamin is the way to go .

Honestly I had no idea that there were 2 different types of B12 that can be taken. one that's part of nature as this 1 is and I absolutely love because I do not get sick off of it in any way. no migraines, no tummy pains I'm good to go and I'm so glad I found it because the other kind that is Laboratory made not found in nature is the type i had been taking for years not knowing that there was 2 different kinds and i hated the side effects. And the taste is good and a higher level available here.

My doctors want me to take a 5000mcg B-12 supplement every day, so I like to get chewable ones, just for the novelty of it. I've subscribed to one brand of chewable B-12 supplement or other for the past two years, and this one is literally half the price of the competition, with 2-month's worth more tablets than any other brand I've subscribed to so far. It tastes stronger of strawberry than the other brands, too, which I like. Possible Cons: It doesn't dissolve as readily as other ones do (or at all, really); it is also harder and flatter than the other brands; and it is crunchier than the other brands. None of that is not a hardship for me, but it might be something that another person would want to know in advance. If those cons aren't deal-breakers for you, then I highly recommend this brand for the flavor, the price and quantity of tablets per bottle!

It dissolves pretty easily and tastes good.
