Easy to fit
Perfect replacement for siphon system we have. Only issue was the box it came in was wrecked but product not damaged so no issues. Easy to fit.

Replacement toilet syphon
Great product. It fitted perfectly in place of the worn out Syphon. The only disappointment was it was badly packaged, so the box it came in was collapsed.

Worked perfectly. Happy to buy used.
Item was classified as used, the description said only damaged packaging so I bought it at a cheaper price. All was good with the part itself and it fitted perfectly (direct replacement for the same part)

Worth it.
After years of use this unit was becoming unreliable, fitted a new unit and all good again. Have a play with the unit before fitting and see how the bayonet lock works, take notice where the old unit lines up before removing. Ours is in a fitted unit with a removable panel so quite restricted access. Do it while the house is empty - nobody to hear you swearing!

It's Ok
I needed a replacement as toilet not flushing very well. I had to use this as a direct replacement and I don't think the new one is much better. I also replaced the vacuum button. Part of issue is the flush is not as powerful as needs to be and while 6 ltrs should be enough it doesn't always shift waste. If I could find a different cistern I think I would try that.

Avoiding high plumbing charges...
Simple job but fiddly to manoeuvre new body into existing bayonet fitting (be patient and take your time). Very quick delivery and works a treat. If replacement, check overall height and swap new top cover with old if necessary. Note: 3 year warranty if product registered on-line. Design improvement on original.

Works great, not quite identical to older versions
We had an old one of these in a toilet in the house we moved to, it broke, the plastic nozzle where the air line attached snapped off. I tried to fix it with araldite but it was too far gone. This is the only equivalent available now, and it is close enough, but as another review mentions, it fits on to the old innards ok (I only wanted the green bit, I did not want to take the cistern out to replace the entire fitting, that would entail major surgery on the surrounding shelf and cupboards) but it locks in a different position. The old one took a full half turn to lock, this one only less than a quarter turn. This means for me that I could not turn it to the fully locked position because that means that the nozzles where the air lines attach are facing the front and back of the cistern, leaving no room for the tube to go on. So I have not fully locked it on, but this is fine, it won't be moving. The other bigger problem I had is the shape of the top cover. The old one was flat (see pic), the new one is shaped, but it is about 5mm taller than the old one, meaning that the inlet pipe would not fit back in its holding bracket. So I had to use the cover off the old mechanism, which luckily clips on in exactly the same way and aside from the height is the same size. It works great, just be aware if you are replacing an old broken one that it might not be a simple swap.
