I bought this for my 14 year old son who has very spotty skin (big red spots all over forehead and clusters of them on sides of face, nose area and chin but not acne) and I wish I had taken a before and after photo because after using it the first time at night his skin was about 75% improved the next morning! I was amazed and excited to see what would happen with continuous use. The redness had gone from all the spots, some had completely cleared away and some were flaky but his skin looked much calmer. There were no changes over the next week after using it twice a day and then the persistent clusters of spots and scarring on the sides of his face started to fade until completely gone. He has been using this for 2 months now and his skin is about 95% improved. Most days he only uses it once a day (as he forgets) and his skin isn't too greasy or dry like some people comment. He does have flare ups of spots (probably due to hormones) but after 24 hours and 2 applications they really calm down. I can tell when he forgets to use it over a weekend as he can also get a flare up of new big red spots then but they clear up so quickly when using this cream twice a day. Definitely going to continue using this cream. It is going to work for some and not others but if you suffer with bad skin you will try anything and I am so happy I bought this.

Amazing product! Results are noticeable after the first few days of using, especially good for people who struggle with acne due to oily skin. For best results I recommend applying a thin layer of cream 2 times a day, after waking up and before you go to sleep. After using this product for two months my skin is clear of any new spots and boils, there are some scars left from previous spots but this product keeps my skin at ease. When using this product I did not use any other acne fighting creams or soaps, I found using other products did not help. This cream alone is brilliant!

I suffer from mild, cycstic adult acne, particularly around the t-zone. How can cystic acne be mild, you ask? Well, I don't get many spots but those that I do get are small, hard lumps deep in the skin that take an age to go. I was slightly sceptical about this product because I have tried so many treatments in the past and those from the cosmetic end of the spectrum usually haven't worked at all. I am about a month in to using the Silver Serum so it's relatively early days but I have been pleased with results so far. In the first week, my acne seemed to flare up with whiteheads appearing on my nose (which is unusual for me) but I persevered as I know many medical acne treatments start with an initial flare-up as the active ingredient gets to work. I have to say that since then my mild cycstic acne has improved - in fact, I have not had a single spot of this sort appear for a couple of weeks. This might be coincidence, because acne does come and go in phases, but it might also be the Silver Serum. I am encouraged enough to continue with the treatment, anyway. The cream is nice to use and easily absorbed. It's a bit pricey but you only have to use a very small amount so one tube goes a long way. Delivery is much quicker than the estimated time given on Amazon.

Well, I've been using this for a week now and it hasn't made a difference. As many say, it has made it worse. My skin is now full of lumps or open infections. I will keep trying it-potentially my skin needs to adjust as some reviews say it takes weeks to kick in. And although you might ask why you'd continue to try something that doesn't appear to be working, I have suffered with severe acne for 15 years. Nothing works. So if a few more weeks has a chance of improvement then I'll take it. But I am getting sick of these so called 'miracle cures' that revolutionise everyone's skin but mine. Hopefully in a few weeks I'll post an update saying I have clear skin but I highly doubt it. I don't blame the product though-plenty of people have had a lot of success and I'd recommend giving it a go. My skin that isn't infected is softer and in a better condition. I brought this to try and combat stubborn acne that has seemed to resist other treatments. I went in without much expectation but I have been pleasantly surprised by the results. My acne tends to reoccur around the mouth, it isn't cystic but it does tend to be very painful and inflamed and leaves a red blotching effect. I can't say that it completely eliminated the acne and in all fairness that's not it's intended use. But it has certainly made a difference. There was no pain which was the real game changer for me, the redness was almost wiped out and the acne that did break through was much smaller and sparser. It instantly cools and soothes the inflamed skin and dries without leaving a greasy feeling. My other problem is that I have very sensitive skin (even to hypoallergenic creams & lotions) so I was worried about trying this. But I have had no problems. It's not a miracle cure. But it is a wonderful aid for treating the symptoms; I would certainly buy again and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it.

This may work for some people but I used it for over two weeks continuously and in connection with the Sebopure cream and it didn't do anything for me. I suffer from varying types of acne and didn't do anything for any of those. It may work for others but personally didn't work for me. As regards the cream, its a nice non sticky, and nothing offensive about it so from that perspective there was no issues.
