80 lb German Shepherd did great!
I NEVER review anything but this dog bath truly saved my back. My 80 pound rescue GSD is a bit aggressive with other dogs. Horrible experiences with mobile groomers so I needed to do it myself. I've tried before but unfortunately that bending over kills my back. Wasn't sure I could get him to cooperate but he did great getting up the stairs (NOT on the first try but he pulled it off!) This thing was very sturdy both the stairs and the basin - and I had it on landscaping rock, not even the patio. The drain worked great and when it gets clogged with hair, very simple to just pull out the hair and keep going. Very easy to assemble - 5 min, and folds up with the stairs attached and lives in the closet. This thing is fantastic for the price - less than $200! You won't be disappointed.

Saved my back!
I love this dog bath! It's so easy to use and it fits my 65-68 lb. Aussies. They love baths, walked right up the stairs with no problem. I didn't need to leash them because they are obedient to stay put. They have enough room to turn around, and are not cramped in any way. I used in my kitchen/ sink sprayer with tote underneath to catch water. I turned water on and off to use less water. The drain plug works well, and when hair clogs it, it's easy to grab out to drain faster. So easy to clean up, towel dried the inside and out and folded to store. Everything worked perfectly - I read the directions before hand to make sure I was setting up correctly. Very happy dogs and Dog Mom!

Wonderful!
This thing is everything I was looking for in a bath for my two big guys. It is perfect. It’s sturdy and well made. I was really worried it would be a waste of money but it’s easy to fold and store, the stairs are easy to put on and my dogs- a cane Corso (90lbs) and a Golden Shepard (60lbs) do well in it. They are both a little skittish with baths and this works GREAT. We can put a little water in the bath to start and still fold down the side so they can walk in. That way it warms in the Sun a little first and we can wash them with that water first. Lots of options with this bather. If you’re on the fence, it’s worth the $$.

EXCELLENT option for bathing a medium-sized dog at home
Honestly, I like pretty much everything about this portable dog bathing station! Our dog, Bella (a 46-lb Aussie shepherd mix), has always been good about jumping in the bath tub BUT my older back just could no longer bend over the side of the tub without being in agony for hours after. This truly is the answer to a prayer!! The legs are very sturdy, the steps do NOT give out under the dog's feet & they have cute little non-slip dog paws all over them! Assembly was very easy using the enclosed step-by-step instructions. The side where the steps are (which also lock in place while using the tub) folds down for easy entry & exit. The handle in the middle of the bathing area makes for easy fold-up once bathing is done. There's also a collar that's attached to both sides of the bath with a length long enough so the dog doesn't feel trapped. Although I didn't use the two pockets, I just kept the bathing supplies right in the tub with Bella, having them there is a great option (they even have drain holes). I would say the ONLY thing that was a bit of a challenge is, once your dog is in the tub, when you go to fold up the entry side it can be a bit challenging as now the dogs' weight in the tub comes into play. Also, I kind of wish the drain hole was less deep as it can be a bit tricky getting out the hair while bathing is in process. We bought a hand-held shower sprayer (connected to our laundry sink) that has a toggle on the handle to shut the water off while shampooing & easily toggle it back on with soapy hands. The drain hose is plenty long enough, too! After searching for a solid month & looking at many options online, I'm SO GLAD I decided on the Furesh Big Dipper portable step-up bath tub!! If, like me, your back screams in pain at the thought of giving your dog a bath in your bathroom tub, you'll do well to check this option out! You still bend over a bit using this but it's not nearly as bad. Happy bathing!

Good tub, Responsive customer service
Edit: 1/29/24 I just gave my dog and cat a shower today. I was happy to not worry about bending over for a extended amount of time to wash these short guys. The tub worked well. The water drains easily, you just have to unclog the drain if it gets filled with fur. The security harness keeps my wiggly animals in place for a thorough wash. My bathroom stayed relatively dry after the wash. Clean up was easy, just hose over the tub to remove soap and fur then drain and dry with a paper towel. Fold, air dry and store. Critique: currently winter here in my state so I have to shower my pets indoors in the shower. I can fit the tub in the shower but I can't use the stairs since it extends from the front end of the tub. It would have been nice if the stairs could be moved to allow side entrance. I still had to lift my 60 pound dog into the tub. During storage a latch to stabilize the legs would help keep it standing up better. Edit :1/19/24 After posting my last review I got a response from the vendor. They gave me information on how to get a replacement hardware set for the harness and I received it today. ( To be fair I missed the customer service contacts on the back of the installation manual. However their phone # is currently not working.) Everything is in working order now. Will return with a full review of the tub after I give puppy a shower. 1/12/24- I just got this today. It seems well made until the hasp and bolt that holds the tie down lead fell off. It turns out the bolt has messed up threads and will not tighten. Now I am skeptical this would keep my dog in place at all. I haven't tried the tub yet but the 1 star review is for the bolt and hasp. This seems petty but I can't get Amazon or the seller to just replace this little piece of hardware to solve the problem without sending the entire thing back.

Convenient and secure!
I have 3 dogs- 45lb, 90 lb and 130 lb. 2 with long hair, and 1 with short hair. I’ve rigged up platforms in the bathtub prior to finding this product (small folding tables, stacked storage totes, etc). Anything to get them raised up enough that my back and knees were not crying out in pain after 5 minutes. The small folding table was a winner for a few bath rotations but the dogs never felt safe. They would shake and then the table would rattle and they thought death was imminent. I didn’t want to invest in a massive grooming tub and was surprised when I stumbled across this product last week. With my largest dog being 130 lbs, I knew he might be pushing the capacity. I set the tub up so half the tub is sitting in the actual bathtub- easy to run the drain right into the tub and having a water source right there was a no brainer. I started the baths out going smallest to largest. I wanted to gain confidence that my big boy wasn’t about to flatten it. He’s sensitive so if the tub fell, he would never go near something like this in the future. The tether is such an amazing addition. My 90lb girl will constantly try to turn around or move her feet to try to edge out. The tether kept her body from turning around. The high sides help them feel secure and keep most of the water inside. It was watertight- I did not experience any leaking at the drain hose. I used the pockets to grab the wads of hair that would clog up the drain- it’s awesome that I am able to intercept most of the hair before it gets to the tub’s drain. We have septic so I try to be realistic of what goes down the pipes. I love that it folds for storage. Definitely a winning product- wish I had found it years ago! The tub floor felt solid/ none of the dogs caused it to buckle. No shaky tub from them nervously shaking either! The floor space is tight so I can’t fairly review the stairs- I tried it with 45lb pup and ended up taking them off for the others. I lifted the big dogs front feet up and then lifted the back ends up. My back felt great after all 3 as well! Normally I would have to take pain meds to survive afterwards.

Great for large dogs
Perfect for my GS. I don’t have a backyard so this was perfect to fit in the bathroom. I put half inside the bathtub for easy draining and it worked great. Very sturdy just make sure you install it properly. The steps were so helpful to get my GS in the tub without hurting my back.

Great dog tub!
This tub is great! Had some apprehension at first but was pleasantly surprised. Two French Bulldogs 46 and 28 pounds, 1 small chihuahua and our pit mastiff mix, around 80 pounds all were great in it. No wobbling or flexing. The liner seems thicker than most above ground pools, very durable. Giving baths in the house was just getting to be too much. We bought a 3/4 to 1/2 inch adapter and since our bathroom is right next to our patio we just connect our hose to our handheld shower line so they still get a warm bath, but we don't get a sore back or knees and our bathroom doesn't get soaked. Bonus is this thing folds up and has a very small foot print. We love ours and I'm glad we bought it.
