I am 4 weeks postpartum. I was using my Frida mom binder but noticed it was getting too loose. Pre pregnancy I was 125 lbs and during my pregnancy I gained 35 pounds. After I gave birth, I lost 20 lbs so I weigh 140 lbs right now and I’m 5’ 4”. My waist measures about 31 inches. I got a size small to be tight. I struggled at the beginning but once you get through half ways you made it! It feels comfortable and not itchy at all. Around my waist area I am noticing some dents but I believe all trainers do that when you have curves. Must have!

It’s good quality and it’s true to its size. I wear it at least once a week for exercise and it helps me sweat more and I’ve been able to move down sizes. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is I feel like the straps are a little awkwardly positioned that I don’t normally wear it underneath stuff because it squeezes my chest a bit weirdly. Other than that it’s been great!

After reading reviews, I decided to go with a medium, which was a mistake. I'm about 145 lbs and 5 feet, and the medium felt like an xs. I let the seller know and they were kind enough to offer sending me a different size at no charge. They have excellent customer service, which I am appreciative of. I let my sister try the medium on. She's about 125 lbs and 5 ft 2, and it barely fits her. It's just about snug if she squeezes a little, which I assume gets the job done. I'm only giving this product 4 stars bc I havent actually been able to wear the product yet. Once I recieve the new size, I will update this review. Hello I'm back with a true review since I've recieved the product and wore it. I've chained 5-6 lbs since then so I am about 150 lbs and 5ft so the 2XL fit just perfect. First, let me say that this seller's service is phenomenal bc they sent me a replacement at free charge. However, it would be immoral to hype the product up. This vest is really colmfortable. It's probably the most comfortable waist trainer I've owned. If you have a bulging tummy, this product will help flatten the appearance a bit. Also if you have love handles and are short, this vest can help hide it as you can adjust the straps to make the vest go lower. This vest also does a bit squeezing on the side of the chest so if you are on the smaller side, it in a way can enhance the appearence for your chest to seem closer and fuller. One problem I do have is back rolls. The veat makes the roll even more noticable from a front view when I'm sitting or standing in my normal posture. If I raise my shoulders a bit then you dont see the rolls as much. From the back view, the best raises the rolls a little higher. If I could give this product 3.5 stars I would. Overall, the product is comfortable and enhanced some features slightly, but it doesnt completely transform the body appearence to be slimmer. I've attached several comparison pictures with and without the vest for you to see yourself. Also note that I'm not wearing a bra in any of the pictures.

I am currently 164 lbs 5’1. I purchased a medium a few months ago and it was tight to the point that even sucking in my stomach while zipping it up was almost impossible! I started working out and wearing this everyday. Now I need to go a size down because it’s a lot easier to put on, which means it’s most definitely working!! I would recommend this to anyone. It doesn’t roll up like other waist trainers I’ve tried. It supports where it needs to and brings in your waist giving you more of an hourglass shape and not boxy like other waist trainers.

When I use to workout at the gym this waist trainer was a must. The support of this trainer was awesome. It held in my back fat, my stomach and gave me an hour glass figure😄. The zipper plus the latches were added security against it flying open and all your fat spilling out. I wore this not only to the gym, but sometimes when I needed extra support to look snatched in my clothing. It's lightweight, breathable and comfortable. The flexible boning in the back made it easy to bend, twist and do sit-ups. The trainer covers the lower part of you stomach without rising up and is comfortable enough to wear all day.

it really works. I’m 5’2 and have a very wide muscular frame with a 30 inch waist. I got an XS and it fit. I got it to reshape my rib cage and organs. I don’t have a lot of fat so every other shapewear or waist trainer I’ve tried has looked no different as it isn’t tight enough to suck me in since I don’t really have a belly to squeeze in. This was tight enough to suck in toned fat. I couldn’t zip at first but after 2 wears I could zip it so it’s definitely working

The size I initially ordered was a Large and I’m 5ft7in and 215lb, for reference. It’s okay quality and I feel like it’ll do what I need it to do but… the sizing was off, for me. I tried to go by the reviews, but that wasn’t much help, either. Lol I don’t have a whole LOT of stomach compared to other women my weight, so if you’re not that round in the waist, take that into consideration. It gave me absolutely no resistance and I was able to start on the last row of latches. &It’s more stretchy than I anticipated.
