Sennheiser HDR165 Additional Headset without Transmitter

I bought these to replace 130 model Sennheiser and the difference was immediately obvious, with rich bass and crystal clear treble I can't see how anyone can be disappointed with these headphones. When watching action movies they come into their own and they enhance the enjoyment to the point that I am looking for more movies to watch, something I have rarely done before. A little tight at first but they are brand new so I expect they will become more comfortable in time, they rest on the skull not the ears so they are fine and I watched a recent film with a duration of nearly 3 hours without needing to move them. Well worth the money I paid for them and looking forward to years of enjoyment.

Really good Wi-Fi earphones - great for watching TV in the garden without the neighbours complaining! and really good sound, like being at the cinema and very comfortable to wear. Very impressed!

Excellent headphones in every way.

These are great phones and no mistake, really top notch. I've dropped them a star because they do not come with a charging dock. If like me you have two pairs working from the same transmitter (wifey and I) you are expected to swop them around and try and remember which ones have been charged. This was not satisfactory so I phoned Sennheiser head office and the great guy's in the sales dept sent me a slave transmitter free of charge!!! Well done Sennheiser, I will definitely, always, without fail buy from this wonderful company.

I bought these as a second pair to go with the Sennheiser RS165vibrant sound wireless system and they work perfectly together. I fully recommend them . the sound is wonderful. just like sitting in a cinema.

Lovely comfortable headset. Bought this to go with my Sennheiser RS175. Now both my wife and I,both in our 70's can actually hear whats been broadcast on the telly

Bonjour :) Avant d'acheter ce produit, j'ai lu tous vos commentaires concernant le SENNHEISER HDR 175 ce qui m'a incité à l'acheter en complément du RS 175 et je vous en remercie. Je ne suis pas tout déçu car, étant cinéphile, il répond vraiment à mes attentes ! J'ai attendu assez longtemps avant de donner mon avis concernant ce Sennheiser HDR 175 en complément du RS 175 que j'ai pu tester au quotidien et que j'utilise tous les jours. Il est bien pour écouter de la musique toutefois, pour un puriste, il est préférable de prendre une gamme au dessus de la marque. Avant toute utilisation, je vous conseille de recharger le casque sur le socle du RS 175 environ pendant 16heures la première fois. Une fois en charge un témoin passera du rouge au vert pour vous indiquer qu'il est chargé. Le casque HDR 175 est facilement reconnu par la base du RS 175 en le posant dessus tout simplement. Les deux casques ensembles fonctionnent parfaitement. Le seul reproche que je pourrais faire à ces deux casques est que l'on ne peut pas régler indépendamment les différentes fonctions du son à part celui du volume. En conclusion: . Un casque de très bonne qualité avec un beau design s'adaptant à toute les déco d'intérieur ! . Une fois chargé, l'installation se fait vraiment en 5 minutes et cela même sans être un pro ! . Un son de bonne qualité. . Je n'ai pas de coupure de son en passant d'une pièce à une autre malgré les murs ! . Je peux même écouter de la musique dans mon jardin en toute tranquillité. . Une marque de référence que je ne manquerais pas de recommander ! . Un très bon rapport qualité prix ! Petit point négatif: impossibilité de régler indépendamment les autres options de son des deux casques quand ils sont en fonction en même temps à part celui du volume ! Ecoutez le son et laissez-vous vous transporter !

I bought this additional headset to be able to watch shows with my wife while our daughter sleeps. It's identical to the one that comes with the dock. Surprisingly easy to use. No set up required for the additional headset, just put it on the dock to charge and then turn it on. Didn't have any issues using both headsets at the same time, which was my chief concern. Can definitely recommend. 5/5

I bought two headphones and one dock. My wife and I use them to watch TV every night so we don't disturb others in the house. The audio quality is very good and perfect for watching TV. The battery life is good and there is no discernible audio delay. They work almost anywhere in my home, so still works on bathroom breaks. The open style of the over-ear headphones means we can wear them for several hours without heating up too much (which would happen with closed over-ear headphones). After about 3 or 4 hours, it's time to take a break, but we can watch a couple of shows or a movie with no discomfort. Recommended.

Dit is slechts een "aparte" koptelefoon die je kan kopen als je al de originele hoofdelefoon met houder thuis al hebt. Je kan helemaal niets doen met deze koptelefoon apart... Erg jammer dat het niet specifiek vermeld staat! Als iemand mij de houder apart kan tonen, dan hoor ik het graag!

Tengo varios modelos de auriculares inalámbricos de Sennheiser: RS180, RS185 y HDR165, diseñados para uso dentro de casa. Nada de llevarlos por la calle, el transmisor es muy grande porque hace de base de carga. Nada que ver con los auriculares que usan transmisión por infrarrojos o radio frecuencia analógica.....un infierno de interferencias, ruido de fondo y mover la cabeza para mejorar la transmisión. Estas familias de Sennheiser usar radiofrecuencia con mensaje digital que funciona perfectamente, aunque el alcance varía, puedes andar por la casa y seguir escuchando. El HDR significa que solo compras el auricular y lo usas con otro transmisor compatible, en mi caso el transmisor del RS185, ya que son hermanos de familia. Asegurad la compatibilidad porque el RS180 por ejemplo no es compatible con HDR165. Los modelos RS185 y el HDR165 son la renovación de la familia RS y tienen sus pros y contras. Para mi gusto los nuevos son demasiado "mazacotes" , parecen más robustos, pero son más grandes y diría se sienten un poco, muy poco, más pesados. En cuanto a sonido, cada uno de los míos suena diferente: HDR165, con el transmisor TR185, son cerrados lo que condicióna su uso. Aíslan muy bien los ruidos externos, hasta el punto de tener que quitártelos para hablar con tu familia. Permite aislarte y concentrarte en la TV o la música. El coste de este aislamiento para mí, es que el sonido se concentra y comprime. Prefiero el sonido de sus hermanos abiertos. Pero yo diría que proporciona muy buen sonido, de alta calidad. Nada que ver con otros modelos que probé en el pasado. Importante que las almohadillas usan una especie de sky, que me resulta menos confortable que el terciopelo de los RS180, RS185. RS180, yo diría que en cuanto a sonido es el mejor de mis tres. Son abiertos, por tanto, no aíslan nada de nada y con gente en la habitacion, les oirás perfectamente. Pero el sonido es amplio y cuando no hay nadie al rededor, es tan bueno que valen para escuchar música de muy alta calidad. Ya sé que los hay mucho mejores con cable pero la libertad de no tener cables compensa sobre todo si te mueves en casa. Además son muy, muy cómodos, mucho más que los otros dos. Y me resultan muy ligeros. Son mis preferidos, una pena que ya no se vendan. No parecen tan robustos pero llevo años con ellos y sin problemas. En una caída potente se rompió una pestaña de una almohadilla pero calma, que es Sennheiser.... puedes comprar el repuesto sin problemas y no sale demasiado caro. Recomendables 100% RS185, son muy parecidos a los RS180. Son abiertos, por lo que no aíslan (aunque yo diría que algo más que Rs180), su sonido es amplio, equilibrado y no cansan , ni irritan si estas dos horas con ellos. Pesan algo más que RS180, similar a HDR165. Parecen muy robustos. En resumen: HDR165 son unos auriculares inalámbricos para TV o música en casa, que requieren un transmisor compatible para funcionar TR165/175/185/¿195?, robustos, cerrados, que aíslan muy bien y te permiten usarlos sin molestar a los que tienes alrededor, incluso en la cama. Y tampoco ellos van a molestarte a ti.....lo que a veces es una bendición. Muy recomendables.
