Good replacement for poorly designed part
Yes it works. But the design is terrible (blame hotpoint) the hinges will keep snapping so you may as well buy 2 so you have a spare

Fits Perfectly
Absolutely brilliant!! Needed a new lint filter as the other one was getting old & got a hole in it. Was slightly worried about the new one not fitting in correctly but there was no need!! Item was delivered the day after I bought it, which was a day earlier than expected & it fits exactly the same as the other one. Excellent product, really pleased

How good is your hot point filter
The filter is very good in doing its job and what you can afford

Good value and lasted about 3 years with high use.
Purchased May 2022.... Looks fine, fitted as expected. Maybe after a year or so a small tear appeared in the material. Kept using it until June 2025, gets very high use. Wouldn't say it was as durable as the original but certainly did well.
