Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love this. It’s very sharp. I have to wear leather gloves when using it because I hold the grass with one hand and cut with the other. Before the gloves, I accidentally cut myself because it’s so sharp. I accidentally also bent the tip a little when I mistakenly hit the concrete. I think it will be an easy fix. I love the way it looks and how it folds up small and has its own case. Very nice product.

Honestly it’s just so damn stupid it’s cool, way, WAY sharper than I expected it to be and damn well worth the $32 for a goofy ass weapon like it. Super easy to open too, grip firmly and flick for it to lock open, then the locks are stiff so you don’t close it on your hand on accident, retracting a star for where the lock for the actual blade is though, it’s right on the haft so if you’re not careful you could unlock it and have it fall directly on your fingers

My husband likes weapons, lol! I decided to start helping him build a collection but ones that could also be used, if necessary, for self-defense (hopefully not, though). Anyway, this is a scary looking weapon! He loves it because he's never seen anything like it. It's very sturdy-feeling and feels well-made! It's also very nice looking. It has some kind of oil that comes from the joints, just a little, but we're both sure it's some kind of lubricant. That a weapon like this, as large in size as it is can fold down and be carried with you is awesome!! It's made of stainless steel with a real wood handle! Would definitely recommend!!

I like the design... but it doesn't cut sharp as I would expect. Also, it's a bit heavy, so if you want to do a quick hacking job, yes, but not to use for a continuous yard work. Used it a few times but now I don't even know where it is, honestly, probably sitting amongst other tools forgotten.
