110 volts
It’s a nice machine. Note that it operates at 110V so you need a sufficiently powerful converter.

Buy it and thank me later!
The product is amazing. However, the exercise matt is missing and not included in the delivery.

Be aware before buying…
The product needs a step down transformer from 220v to 110/100v to work. Be aware of this before buying. The product itself is five star.

One of the wheels arrived out of place. The device displays '88' on the screen when switched on. And none of the buttons work. So had to return due to faulty operation.

This is deffo the plate for you, worth its price! ☝️ 💯 I like that it's quite wide which makes for a wider range of dynamics overall, but especially in your lower half — you can really feel like you're concentrating the effort down there, especially if you bend your knees even slightly. I don't use the resistance bands though, but various light dumbbells. very easy to set up and learn to use, it's addictive, and you'll want to use it every single day! And do use it after meals whenever you cam — it helps your food go down 👍

I’ve had this a month now. I’ve used it daily and used two of the three possible movement directions. I have not yet tried the programs. I’m 75, overweight, and not flexible. All the issues seniors face with stiffness and aches and whatnot, I’ve got. This review is for all y'all that are, too. What I’ve found is that it has helped my balance (I’m moving more easily over the yard to get to the car and whatnot), my strength is improving (I’ve carried the large cat-food bags in where previously I had difficulty lifting them), my flexibility increased (I’m easily bending down to pick things up, etc), aches in body and joints (just general aches go away and stay away for quite a while, to my surprise), and my energy has gone up (previously I was too tired to walk to the next room until I absolutely had to). In a month! (I need an extra ! on that). To accomplish this, I’ve stood on it and bent my knees a little (nowhere near an actual squat) for 15 seconds or so, and I’ve got a little 2lb hand weights and still standing on it, I do 4 curls, 4 lifts up and down over my head, 4 lifts to the side. I then turn at the waist (I can only go a small amount around, so far) in each direction. That takes me about 2 minutes or so. That’s it. Seriously, that is all I'm doing. My body feels as if it has worked out for a long time. I don’t quite understand how, but it does. The machine takes each direction up to (iirc) level 60 but I’m only on level 1. Haven’t gotten farther – don’t need to, at least not yet. I started and was on it for just over 1 minute that first time and felt like I’d worked out for an hour. A month later, I’m at 3+ minutes and feel like I’ve really worked out. My body is really responding. I’ve even started using it for 20 seconds before bed because after sitting all evening when I stand up I’m all stiff and if I just lay down in bed I spend an hour while my legs and back object and carry on. That 20 seconds of shaking sorts it all out and I sleep easily without all the leg and back foofaraw. I have a bad back and I was afraid this machine would be a bad thing, shaking me around. Not so. It is better than sliced bread, lol. If you’re a senior like me and you’re debating if you should get it or not due to cost and wondering if it really works, let this review encourage you. Go for it. Worth every single cent. I feel so much better. This gets bonus stars if they had them.

This is a great machine to augment fitness training, getting circulation going in areas that generally don't get activated in great, the wrist remote is a huge plus to operate it. Wife loves it and I use it too. Love that it vibrates in all the directions at the same time if you want too. Sturdy built machine witha great instruction manual. Comes with resistance bands and wheels to make portable, also a Lifetime warrany.

I received my Rumblex today and it has made a problematic first impression. I did not realise I was buying a used item, but the plate arrived in a badly damaged box, cables were hanging out of it, and the finish on the plate had many minor scratches. The protective film over the LCD on the plate was also removed. and lying loose in the box. I wanted to try and pair my phone with the bluetooth speakers on the plate, but it asked for a password and I did not receive any kind of user manual. The things that did make it back into the box include: * wrist control that had been left loose with no protective packaging * a small foam exercise mat to rest the platform on * two black painted metal bars for the long, handled exercise bands to affix to; the paint around one of the bolt holes had clearly been damaged from the previous user assembling it with the one set of bolts * a power cord * two exercise bands with handles. I did not receive the set of reisistance bands, nor the documentation on how to register and use my plate. I was able to find the manual for a simlar plate from LifePro thanks to an online user manual repository not affiliated with the manufacturer. Still not sure what the password for the bluetooth connectivity is , but I just wear my Air Pods without issue. From examining the bottom of the vibration plate, it looks like the design intended for each bar to fasten onto the base with two bolts each, suggesting that four should be included in the box insetead of two total. If you have your plate set up on concrete, it is fairly peaceful to use the Rumblex. I used it on the main level without the foam mat and it shook the whole duplex. I'm recovering from deep illness and working on my strength and endurance. Im week one of using the plate, noticed my shoulders are releasing tension that I'd been unaware of. My circulation and sleep also improved noticeably and I didn't do much different except start using the platform one to three times a day. It is invigorating and enjoyable even on my bad days. The rocking motion especially has helped me realise my pelvis was starting to roll out and downwards, this awareness is helping me correct it. I stick to the presets and stand on the platform, sometimes in a tai chi stance. To work my upper body, I sit on a low stool and lean some weight onto my arms, with my hands resting on the (scratched up) outermost metal discs. I really wish I had not received a used item with missing components, but barring full on failure I will keep using it as it seems to add value to my health and day.
