A great everyday lunch box that has all of the features you're looking for. The many pockets are great for coming to work prepared, the expandable top for extra space is a nice addition to the design, and the performance of the product in keeping food hot or cold is exceptional.

I purchased this to replace my ebags lunch bag that lasted a whooping 3 years. I would still be using it had I not damaged the zipper by not zipping it all the way and carrying the bag. In any case ebags was purchased by Samsonite and they don't offer it anymore so I went with this one. It is plenty big enough and has loads of side pockets. I especially like the large top compartment for storing misc things, like meds and documents. I use it everyday for work and yes I use it as a lunch box and doubles as a man bag. It is very reasonably priced as well. My only concern is the main zipper is not as rugged as my last one which is why I gave it four stars. Will see how long the zipper holds up. In any case, for the amount of storage this thing has and price point, you can not go wrong.
