eufy Security SmartTrack Card Bluetooth Item Finder and Key Finder, Works with Apple Find My (iOS Only), Up to 3-Year Battery Life, 2.4mm Thickness, Find your Wallets, Purses (Android Not Supported)

I bought this because it was reasonably priced and works with Apple find it. The only pitfall is that it is non rechargeable/battery not replaceable. Hopefully it will live up to the 2-3 year promised battery life. As for the device itself I have tested it and am impressed with its performance and accuracy.

My partner looses his keys, phone, wallet all the time! This has been great for us to tack them down. Only down side is when he presses it it notifies my phone (iPhone) not his (android)

This works really well and fits in my wallet perfectly. The only downside is having a non-replaceable battery which can’t be charged either, which is a bit of a waste, but to cram it into a small space like this will sacrifice a feature or two. In terms of how it works and its features though, it’s great and works exactly how I expected.

This is great, and there is no ongoing subscription fee! The beep volume could be higher but it is enough to locate once within the same room. It works well and it works on Android without any issues - I have installed the App on a Samsung Galaxy S21+. The emphasis on the Apple Find My network seems to suggest it is for Apple devices only but that is not the case. After a couple of painful episodes of misplaced / lost wallet, this is now quite re-assuring.

I very rarely return items, but after two weeks, I returned this for a refund as I don't believe it's fit for purpose. I had already compromised when purchasing the tracker, as I was disappointed it didn’t have a user-replaceable battery. However, since I own and like other Anker and eufy products, and considering that in three years technology will no doubt have moved on, I decided to accept the compromise and go with a brand I trusted. The setup was relatively straightforward, although you need to connect the tracker to both the eufy Security app and Apple Find My. For the first few days, everything worked fine. Then, one day, while driving with my phone on silent and in driving mode, it suddenly started playing a tune repeatedly. Later that same day, I was in a meeting, with my phone again on silent, and it started playing the tune again. The tracker was activating lost phone mode when I sat on my wallet in a certain way, despite having the accidental press prevention mode enabled. So, I disabled the find-my-phone feature. It wasn’t a feature I bought the tracker for, so it was no big deal. Next, just over a week after setting up the tracker, I was out and received a notification that I’d left my wallet behind. However, I had my wallet with me, and the tracker was still inside. With the tracker beside my phone, the eufy Security app connected to the tracker without issue, but Apple Find My couldn’t detect it. I followed the troubleshooting steps to no avail. A week later, Find My still hadn’t reconnected to the tracker, so I decided to return it. This is a device you should be able to leave in your wallet and forget about until you need it, at which point it should just work. I had spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting, which wasn’t what I intended when I bought it. I’ve never had this issue with other trackers, whether from Apple or third parties.

I don’t love that it can’t be recharged but it works as advertised. It fits into my slim wallet and allows me to track it with the Find My app. The sound it makes is loud enough that I could easily find the wallet once I’m in the same room. I really like that I could use it with Find My without registering with the eufy app.

Range is too small.

Didn’t work with Apple’s “Findme” App. Kept beeping every time it was moved. Tracking in Eufy App works ok but that is not what i bought it for. Would have returned it if id kept the original packaging. I’m updating my review due to the excellent customer support and interaction following my original complaint (which was mainly displaced since it was mostly due to the way Apple’s “findme app” interacts with 3rd party devices).

This is a great tracker. It works immediately with find my in ios devices. Don't worry, works well on android devices too, just download the eufy app and add the tracker and you're good to go. Works with 2032 battery

The one time i needed to find my wallet it had issues connecting. Doesn't support the UWB location feature so it won't point you to the item like it does with a normal AirTag. Long term edit: I’ve used it a couple more times and it’s been more reliable. I still miss the UWB feature but at least you can hear in which pant pocket you left the wallet.

Why I Got It: I purchased the Eufy Security SmartTrack Card to add an extra layer of security to my belongings, particularly for keeping track of my wallet and phone. Long Battery Life: With an impressive battery life of up to 3 years, the SmartTrack Card minimizes the hassle of frequent replacements. This longevity ensures sustained peace of mind and reliable tracking over an extended period. However, I do not know that this is guaranteed, but the battery percentage on the Find My is still showing that the card is fully powered to the max! The Cons / Bads: Cannot Use Apple's Built-in "Find" Tracking Feature: Unfortunately, the eufy SmartTrack Card does not support Apple's built-in "Find" tracking feature in the Find My app. This limitation might be disappointing for users accustomed to the native tracking experience. Just know, that this is NOT an Airtag replacement, it is a Tile replacement. Possibility of Dead Cards: There is a potential risk of dead cards, which could be a concern for users relying heavily on the SmartTrack Card for their tracking needs. This simply just means that there is no guarantee that the card will last three years, be wary of this!!! Verdict: Considering the features and functionality provided by the eufy SmartTrack Card, the price is reasonable. Its compatibility with Apple Find My, and extended battery life justify the investment for those seeking a reliable tracking solution for their valuables. It’s definitely a 5-star rating, given its price; however, just beware that the battery life is NOT guaranteed, and the missing “Find” feature was somewhat disappointing.
