Bad product
This product keeps switching off whilst viewing a programme. At times when watching a film, it shuts down fou/five times and I have to keep rebooting and reloading. I bought this product as an upgrade but with my old box the MAG322 I had no problems at all. I want to send it back but there is nowhere I can write to the suppliers.

Set one up for a friend using his usual iptv provider, and it could not play a large number of movies - mainly 2023 movie's and a few latest TV series, all of which play perfectly on his Firestick. These boxes are not easy to setup. Suggested that he returns for refund. Worst MAG box I have ever setup. Not worth the 1 star I was forced to leave
