I found the new hair nourishing oil launched by AVS Kottakkal excellent. Not being thick and viscous it is very light to use. The mild herbal fragrance is not overpowering and rather adds to its exquisiteness. The ingredients are detailed in both the authentic Sanskrit names and the Hindi version in a specially attached tag, which increases its appeal vastly. A detailed explanation of the effects of each ingredient gives the oil's benefits in a comprehensive manner. The design of the bottle is user-friendly with a lid and in-built nozzle ensuring there is no spillage. I had heard of the Kottakkal brand during my trip to Kerela. And recently I purchased and tried this hair oil. The thing that I liked the most is its non sticky and light texture. It has a great smell and is not cloying. Overall the oil is much better than other similar generic brands and is definitely recommended. The cherry on the cake is that it is free of harsh chemicals like paraben and sulphates!

A very nice product from the renowned Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala. A nice oil that gives a cooling effect to the head during the hot summers. My whole family have been using Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala products and oils for a long time and find them very effective. As they are made from natural unadulterated products, we can use them without any worries and the results are exceptional. Hoping to see more new products like this from Kottakkal.

Worst smell, will make your hair sticky after wash. Dumped it
