Great sturdy bike, easy to assemble, the instructions were easy to follow. The bike is a bit heavy for me but good durability. I only have to say that the price was a bit steep.

My daughter needed a bigger bike, and this was perfect. Came mostly set up already. It's been one year since we purchased it, and it's still going strong. She's seven, and the size is pretty perfect now especially with a seat that can raise or lower with a tool. Training wheels keep it upright, but it is a little heavier than I expected, not too bad though. Cost is reasonable. Brakes work great!

Arrived with front wheel slightly warped. All Amazon can do is accept return and give refund. I contacted Joystar on line and received no reply. While there, I registered the purchase for warranty and received an acknowledgment but what good is a warranty if they don't reply about a problem? This is a Christmas present so I need to at least have it under the tree. It has now been 3 days since I messaged Joystar for help. I may put it back in the box and return it after Christmas if I cant get it resolved by then. At least I can depend on Amazon to stand behind their sales. Updated to 4 stars from 2 because after posting my review I was contacted by seller later that night. They said they couldn't find my original message left on their website. They offered to reimburse the bill if I wanted to take the bike to a bike shop to have the wheel tuned.

Thank you for replacing the malfunction. We really love this bike. My daughter is about to be 9 years old and she is still learning to pedal but she has been having so much fun 🤩

Edited: this bike is garbage. The handle bars are not adjustable and sit so far out from the seat. Ever with the seat at the lowest point, my 6 year old is hunched over. There is no way this bike would last another 3 years (per the age range mentioned in the description). This, plus the fact that it arrives damage (see below) is why it is being returned. DO NOT BUY I saw other reviews about bent/misshaped parts, scratches, and other defects/damages. Before I assembled the bike I noticed screws with chipped coating, scratches on the bike frame and a front tire that is warped and wobbles. Honestly for the price I would expect better. Hoping when I reach out to the manufacturer, they are able to help with part replacement given I spent almost $200 on this bike.

I bought this bike for my granddaughter to learn to ride. The bike arrived with the front brake bracket bent out. It was bent so much that the front brake couldn’t be adjusted to be used. I followed the instructions for support (twice, a week apart), it’s been almost two weeks now have not heard back from them. Based on the manufacturer ignoring their customers when there is an issue, I would consider looking elsewhere for a child’s bike. Note: Other than the front brake being unusable the quality of the rest of the bike seems good, the bike also is equipped with a coaster brake.

I’ve been on a hunt for a 20” bike with training wheels for my 7 year old daughter since April 2025. I bought several bikes from Walmart (cheaper in price) but the quality was terrible plus I had to buy training wheels separately which was a total fail as they never balanced properly on the bike. I had to make several returns!! Since finding this gorgeous bike, my daughter has been in love 🥰 Everyday she wants to ride her bike. All the parts came, nothing was destroyed or missing, it even came with letter stickers so you can personalize your bike with your name. The training wheels are STURDY and both wheels touch the ground (super important). The seat adjusts pretty high but we don’t need it adjusted as yet otherwise my daughter is on her tippy toes. The bike is GREAT quality, and easy to put together if you watch the YouTube video. The handle bars are secure and I put this together myself and had a local bike shop tighten all the screws just to be safe. Overall, awesome bike, awesome purchase for the summer!! If you’re thinking about it, just buy it😉

Simple to assemble. Nice looking bike. Birthday present for my 7 yr old grandson. He loved the bike! That was the most important of all.

La bicicleta esta perfecta, llegó sin problemas muy bien empacada y trae herramientas para terminar de armarla, solo se tiene que instalar los pedales y las llantitas

This is our 2nd bike from this company and we are very happy with both!! My daughter loves the colour options and says the seat is very comfortable! Will definitely keep buying from this company in the future for sure!
