Better than Delsym!
When I get sick, the only thing I had found that ever worked for my cough was the Delsym tablets. They have become so hard to find, except through Amazon and they are pricy - especially for all of 20 tablets! THESE are a game changer! They work just as well, if not better than Delsym and the price point is a million times better! 10/10 recommend!

Effective, Flexible Dosing at a Great Price
Great value and very well designed. Clear, straightforward dosing instructions, easy-to-swallow gel caps, and the smaller 15 mg dose makes it easier to fine-tune usage over the day instead of being locked into a heavy single dose. Non-drowsy and long-lasting as advertised. I appreciate the flexibility and the price point—this is now my go-to cough suppressant.

Great for Relief from Persistent Coughing
These soft gels are easy to swallow and work well for relief from persistent coughing. Just be sure to use them as directed.

I bought them for my wife and she was having much coughing in COPD type symptoms in the Safrel cough relief helped tremendously.

Contains many fillers, better options available
Great price, almost as good mg/$ as Dollar Tree. Good if you need it shipped or in large quantities. I wish they didn’t include so many filler ingredients though. Works great and the same as any other DXM product. They are a little bigger than your average gels, but they at least don’t stick together.
