I was searching for a 30 metre long training lead and bought this 30 foot long lead by mistake! Before realising I'd mixed up my metric and imperial measurements we were already in the park. As the lead unraveled I was a bit disappointed with the length but then discovered it was absolutely perfect! It's long enough to let my 8 month old Golden Retriever explore by herself, but short enough that I can quickly gather her in if I spot trouble on the horizon (usually a dog running wild off lead or a family with toddler that I don't want our puppy knocking over). Quality is great, absolutely perfect and much better that the flimsy thing I bought previously and gave up on. This one doesn't get tied in knots, as it seems heavy enough not to get caught in the grass but not too heavy that it bothers our dog. She was great with it today, couldn't be more pleased!

Love this! Let our Beagle out on it at the beach and she has a blast without us having to worry about her running away. Her recall is not the best yet as she is still a puppy. We use this lead to try to teach her without the stress of letting her loose. She loves the freedom of how far away she can get, and I like being able to tug her back if she spots a cyclist passing the field we use, I just stomp on the lead and she sits now. Not as great as perfect recall but good enough for me to feel safe with her out in public. The handle is foam padded so it hurts less when she gives a good tug, and it's a nice long thick fabric lead that doesn't hurt when you wrap it around your arm to shorten it, and it's strong enough to withhold excitable strong puppies 😁

I have a very excitable rescue from Romania who wants to say Hi to everyone and is into everything now that he has found his confidence. I love walking him but his recall needs working on and he doesn't have enough freedom to run on his regular lead so I bought this 30ft dog training lead as a solution. It works a treat, especially when he runs round me in a huge circle, bit like exercising a horse on a long rein. But, if he decides to run, at full speed, after something he ends up somersaulting backwards as he comes up against the lead. Scared the hell out of me the first time, as I thought he'd break his neck but he didn't!! This is its only draw back initially but they soon get used to how far they can go

Bought this for my 18.4kg 2yr old lurcher. This was a replacement of a shorter one, from another company. We bought the 30 foot length, as our dog is quite bad on recall, so where livestock etc are around, she still has some freedom. The lead appears to be very strong. Has the foam padded handle, which we find comfortable. Also the clip end is substantial and is strongly stitched in place. It comes with an elastic band (about an inch wide) to keep the lead tidy, and a lovely free, over the shoulders nylon bag. With the packaging, was a card, to register the warranty. Upon registering, it said said that it had a Lifetime Warranty. This doesn`t appear on Amazons description, so I was very pleased. Be aware though, it is a long lead and you must be careful not to get it tangled around your feet, when the dog is at full length.

Brought to give my alskey pup more freedom without letting her off the lead as her recall is hit and miss, she loved being able to go further away from me and has improved drastically. The comfy handle works very well and I dont have the webbing cutting into my hand when she runs full pelt till theres no slack, although it was funny when she fell over thinking she had even more lead. I also tried this on her mother who weighs in at 28kg , before with a retraction lead I felt like I had no control over her but this lead because I can see how much lead is left I can call her back before she reaches the end (she got revenge for her daughter when she ran back before I could gather it up and clothes lined me) . A very sturdy lead suitable for bigger dogs

I have a large white German Shepherd. Although walks well on a lead. because of his size some people find him intimidating. I wanted a lead which could be quiet long and made short immediately without struggling to wrap around my hand quickly. This Lead is EXCERLANT!!!!!! Well made easy to hold Thank you I also bought the 50 ft training lead, this is also a well made lead im looking forward to using when out on the beach in the summer, it comes with its own bag so I can put my dogs brush and comb in to it so I have all I need for our trip out 2 excellent products received promptly and well packed thank you again..

Used for 2 hours and the lead, although it was very strong, came apart at the part that was holding the clip. I only have a small west highland white terrier so wouldn't expect it to come apart so easily. Luckily I was not near any roads when it happened but still had difficulty catching my now free running dog. I have attached a picture of the lead and where it came apart. It looks like it was stuck with glue. VERY poor workmanship. Edit.. Looking at the picture on Amazon it looks like there should have been stitching on the part that came apart. PLEASE CHECK YOUR LEADS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE STITCHED... Mine wasn't.. I have since had a replacement sent to me and it was thoroughly check before it was sent this time. Hopefully the stock has been checked and there are no other "glued only" leads out there. I am changing my stars from 1 to 3 due to the great customer service i received.

Got this for my 16 mth old German Shepherd who has suddenly started running off while we are playing ball down the park which is highly dangerous. Cannot fault the product itself, which is very good, but she is very strong and when running at full tilt simply pulls the lead out of my hand. Tried standing on it and landed on my bum. I am a 66 year old smallish woman, now sporting a very painful tailbone and a badly bruised right hand, she is 28 kg of muscle and energy who loves running. Sadly the lead does not work for us.

Habe nach mehreren Versuchen von Schleppleinen nun diese bestellt. Sehr flotte Lieferung im praktischen Rucksackbeutel. Die Leine ist achrön breit und robust und vorallen weich. Aber das A und O und dafür Topnote, der wunderbare Griff. Endlich kein Einschnüren der Hand...auch für Männerhände von der Breite geeignet. Und dank Ummantelung kein Schwitzen, kein Abrutschen und keine kalte Hände, dafür ein fester Griff am Ende. Endlich mal was Sinnvolles was mich voll überzeugt hat.

Wir haben eine ziemlich ungestüme Französische Bulldogge die wir nicht ableinen können und deshalb musste eine Schleppleiner her. Die Lieferung war sehr schnell und alleine das ein Aufbewahrungsbeutel dabei war hat gezeigt,da haben sich eine paar Menschen Gedanken gemacht. Die Leine ist sehr wertig und sieht von den Nähten absolut Top aus.Kenne da andere die schon ausgefranzt ankamen. Hier ist alles Super. Der Haltegriff liegt sehr gut in der Hand und wir rund um zufrieden und dafür gibt es auch 5 Sterne. Ich werde diese Schleppleine gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Leine wurde schnell geliefert. Mein 18 Monate Alter Mischling (15 kg) kann mit der Leine schön am Deich spielen sie ist lang genug , gut verarbeitet mit einem stabilen karabiner und haltegriff. Praktisch die Tasche in der die Leine verstaut werden kann ist Als kleiner Rucksack verwendbar und es finden auch noch Leckerli und wasserflasche platz. Empfehlung von mir

Der Versand erfolgte sehr schnell. Die Leine kann ich nur empfehlen. Durch den Griff ist sie gut zu halten. Sie ist sehr stabil und lässt sich mit der mitgelieferten Tasche super transportieren.
