Works great, the programmable thermostat is icing on the cake

I’ll keep it short and sweet. Ordered this in October 2021 during bathroom remodel and one year later it’s installed tested and works perfectly. Everything is in one box. Communication between company in myself was superb. Highly recommend!

Installed it in the bathroom under tile and it works well! Only negative is that it takes a while to warm up.

Product works great, and heats up my marble floor fast. I would make sure you seat the heating wires into the mortar really well though to prevent air pockets around the wire. Seems to be the biggest cause of failure. I can’t speak much to longevity however because mine has only been installed for a few months.

I can’t believe I waited this long! Love my heated tiles! These actually have helped knock the chill off in our bedroom as well. We have 3 windows in our bedroom so in the winter it’s cooler than the rest of the house. We had tiles put down in the master bath and it’s helping with the bedroom being colder. Very happy!

Electrician did wiring for thermostat. I was not at home when unit was installed and settings down. H provided me no verbal instructions -- so Tech Support not at fault. Hopefully my children will read the manual and advised how things work. I LOVE my heated tile floor. Cant imagine having tile floor without heating system.

Very difficult to program!

Everything is included except your wall conduit. I like the continuity tester.
