Great for what it is. Got for my dog with muscle issues (age) though I was fairly sure he wouldn't like it ... he loves it!! I also use it. No it doesn't keep the heat for long, (especially as I am very careful not to over heat for the dog) but that is basic physics; the greater the surface area the quicker the loss of heat.

I have always bought heat pads but this is the biggest I've seen. It's so lovely and warm. Helps with all aches and pains. Only thing is it's so heavy! That's why 4 stars. But despite that I'm glad I bought it

Really good for pain or just to keep warm

The pad is very soft on one side only and the heat retention period is not very good less than 10 mins . It also does not get very warm so slightly disappointed

Despite photos by other reviewers, this did not have pieces that ignited. That’s a relief! It’s not as full as I hoped, but I suppose enough because it takes a good 5 minutes at 900W to heat it properly (with a few flips while it’s going). Holds heat ok but less than expected (less than my smaller one from another brand)

Used for pain relief and gentle heat. Lovely product, but wish it could have retained heat a bit longer

WORKS TERRIFIC. I had so much back pain and not even the pain pills helped me. I put this in the microwave and it was so nice and hot I placed it on my back and boy that did the trick! l recommend this item, if you have back pain or muscle pain I recommend this. It's the best. you can lay on it you can have it placed on your back laying on your tummy it's good for all over your body the way it's made. No smell the quality is good, it's very comfortable, it's not too heavy at all. The durability is great it will last you a long time if you take care of it.

I have purchased this item a couple of times. Excellent quality. Long enough to lay on. Holds its warmth very well. .

The product is of a good size and heats up very well and keeps the heat within for hot pack massages.

We love this for tummy aches. It helps soothe my kids tummy aches almost immediately as it fits over their entire belly. My kids will also sleep with it sometimes as it's so fluffy and can act as a small weighted blanket.
