Good value
Ime so happy with this fire. I bought it to replace the one that was in my Adam Truro firesuite because the flame rod motor got very noisy and was worn. This fire is an improvement on the original in that it has a glass screen over the front of the fire, covering the coal bed so no more dust also there is no noise at all with just the flame on and very little with heater fan on. Fast delivery and fitted easily into gap where old fire was within 10 minutes. The front grill is plastic but looks like brass and has a very nice look. 2 feet are enclosed with it so you can use it freestanding. Very good value.

Very good fire
This fire looks good, works well, with an excellent flame effect. Fitted easily and better than more expensive fires on the market. I would buy this product again.

Focal point
We bought this product to insert in our fireplace as we do not want to have an open fire. It looks really good & the flame effect is really nice & will give our lounge a cosy feel. The heat is really warm & ideal if we don't want the central heating fully on.

Cheap and nasty
Cheap and nasty plastic front grill. Arrived damaged and screws missing. Returned item.

A good looking fire
This fire fits perfectly, and I am very happy with it, the only fault with this fire, is that the electrical lead is on the wrong side of the fire for me to plug into the socket, so now I will have to put an extension on, for it to reach the socket

Stylish and efficient
This fire replaced an existing gas fire that was removed due to gas leak beneath fire place. It is very easy to operate as it is equipped with a thermostat to control the room temperature. It required minimum tools to install and is quite in operation. Would reccomend this product to any one thining of buying an electric fire.

looks good but as it has a fan thermostat it is very noisy.
