Did exactly what I needed, tons of screw sizes, extras, and everything you need to do a proper brake bleed. Really stoked I bought this. Fixed a dead brake line.

seems okay i guess. its not a Shop quality tool, so if you do bikes for a living this isnt for you. but for a couple times a year this is probably fine. Plastic, and cheap, but all the bits are there and it did i what i wanted. Satisfied overall.

This worked for my hydraulic disk break of my bicycle but there is a learning curb to it. I just checked on YouTube on how to bleed and fill the breakline. It was chalenging but I got it.

Used to bleed front and rear Shimano XT brakes. PRO: Easy to follow instructions. All tools needed are supplied, this includes tools to remove the bleeding screws and bolts from the calipers. Open spanned tool has 8 and 7 and Allen wrench is a T10. Has all the needed adaptors, tubes, tube clamps, bleed funnel, gloves, two syringes and two 2 FL. OZ bottles of mineral oil. Also included are piston blocks. Enough to bleed front and rear brakes two times. I used one bottle and one syringe doing both brakes. Great price point. Would recommend. CON: Nothing to report here but will list a few items, which again is nothing bad. I used my own tools (8mm box end wrench and T10 nut driver) as I could get a better “bite” using them. Syringes are marked as single use. I guess you can reuse them but it is not recommended.

Update: The seller reached out to me and refunded the order. While I was disappointed with the product, the customer service was excellent. It’s possible that my experience was due to a random manufacturing issue, so it may be worth a try given that they stand behind the product if it’s defective. Original review: Cheap plastic pieces. One arrived broken (the caliper adapter). This was critical for my SRAM brakes as both syringes are needed. For the same price or better you can get kits with metal pieces that won’t arrive broken. Wasted my time and made a mess with brake fluid.

Cheap and comes with all the pieces you need. Firstly, it comes with all bet bits you need to bleed the braked on Shimano Ultegra R8000 Road Brakes. You do not need to buy the Shimano adaptor. I will share an idiots guide below in case anyone needs it. 1) Slide the brass retainer over the clear tube and push the end over the syringe. The brass ring is to hold it tight. 2) Remove the wheel, retaining pin and screw to remove the brake pads. 3) Fit the yellow brake pad in the void and re-apply the retaining screw (If the yellow block won’t fit, use something to push the pistons back then apply again). 4) Slide the tube clamp over the tube 5) Attach the hose and syringe to the bleed valve, using the 7mm spanner (included), open the bleed valve, literally 1/2 a turn. 6) Close the tube clamp and go to the lever. 7) Peel the hood back, expose the screw. 8) Using a 2mm Allen key, remove the screw and keep safe. 9) Find the yellow adaptor to fit the hole, try the larger ones first. 10) Attach the yellow funnel and 1/2 fill with oil. 11) Release the tube clamp and draw the fluid back into the syringe until there are no bubbles (you will see the fluid being drawn out of the funnel) 12) Close the bleed valve on the calliper then pump the brake lever a few times, you may see some bubbles, but until it feels firm. (Took me about 6 pumps then it was solid) 13) Push the plunger into the funnel to stop oil leaking out when you remove the assembly. 14) Carefully unscrew the yellow Cullen and adaptor, when removed re-apply the brake lever screw and tighten. 15) Clean the area of oil, isopropyl alcohol works well, or just wipe with a tissue and put the hood back. 16) Clamp the hose at the syringe, carefully remove and immediately wipe the area clean. 15) Re-assemble the brake pads and wheel etc, and enjoy your new brakes. I cannot fault this system. I am a 1st time brake bleeder. It took 5 minutes, worked flawlessly. You don’t need any other kit, or to pay your shop £25 to do it for you.

Great kit. I could pull my rear brake lever all the way to the hand grip with no resistance. Ordered this kit because of all the parts and 2 bottles of fluid. I have never done a brake bleed before but thought I would give it a try. I was easily able to "burp" the brake line by following some instructions on Youtube. I got all the air out of the system without having to do a complete bleed. The brakes work great now. The kit includes everything you need and includes lots of adapters for different brands of brakes. I would highly recommend this kit. Easy to use and you will save a bundle of money compared to having the work done at a bike shop. Darryl
