Did some research and red a lot of reviews about red clover, it's properties and many stated that it helped a lot with premenopausal hot flushes. Soooo I gave it a try and within days my hot flushes were GONE!!!! I take it at night so that I can sleep better Give it a try, it works for me and I hope it works for you too.
