Easy installation , it is my first water softener and it really works , no leaks , good quality materials , I had a problem and It was the meter wasn’t working right , called customer service and shipped a new one. Good price compare too the other options on internet

We installed this ourselves and it has been over a year, it is working great. I would recommend.

My resin tank began leaking after 18 months of service. Contacted the company about a replacement as it was under warranty. They said they had to contacted Pentair to get a replacement tank which i was thankful for. I then asked about the resin for the tank and they said it would not be covered as only the tank is warranties. I then asked what i needed to replace the resin and they quoted me $400. The whole system was less than $800. It's insane to have to spend more than half of the upfront cost to have a working system when the product they provided was defective! I would not recommend this company at all.

We had 2 basic cheap Rheem in stock Home Depot water Softeners in the past, and the were just never programmed right - water would be hard for long periods and super super soft for short periods, rarely just right. This Fleck - it is awesome. Just constant soft water, all the time. So nice!!!!!

It does a decent job but the water would get noticeably harder over the 14 days between regens. I tested the water with a kit over several months and the hardness would consistently go up from 1 to about 10 after hitting 450 gal. All the settings were checked by a plumber. I ended up having to shorten the regen cycle to 10 days which isn’t a huge deal but it’s a waste of water and salt and reflects poorly on the product.
