Yeah its pricey but its oh so nice and easy to mix paints with this thing. Still has trouble with truely heavily seperated paints. For that a massage gun may be needed, but overall a worthwhile purchase under $50.

It is SO loud and works great to mix creme nail polish in round bottles but once we start bringing out square bottles, glitter, shimmers, etc, it doesn't seem to work as well as shaking. The vortex action never forms. It is also incredibly loud and the mixing balls are good for paint bottles but not for polish. They're too big for the teeny bottles. Doesn't move around while in use but if the feet are supposed to create suction, they do not. Lime green is cute. Super light weight, but seems durable enough.

Update: OniLab reached put to me and offered to refund me! I plan on using my refund on another one. Fantastic customer service. They did not have to do that, I'm so happy they are willing though. This thing was perfect and I can't wait to use it again. Worked for about five minutes. I tested it when I unpacked it and it worked fantastic. I didn't need to use it again until today. It will not turn on. It's been stored in the box it came in on a desk and has not moved. Went to try it today and it no longer works. I'm past the return date. Great 40 dollar paper weight.

Using this to mix acrylic ink paints. Less expensive and just as effective as more expensive brands.

I do a lot of painting. Both for fun (miniatures) and as my primary job (freelance artist), so hubby suggested a paint mixer. I was worried about the noise, considering I do most of my work in the early morning hours. But it isn't that loud. Super easy to use, and I've had it a while now, and it's holding up well. So I bought a second for hubby, since it was his idea in the first place.

This is a gadget that you didn’t know you needed until you had it. If you have a whole entire collection of nail polishes and they sit there, they have glitter they need to be mixed and shaking and rolling just won’t do. This is the gadget just for you. This mini vortex really does get your polished moving like a mini tornado inside. I love to use it for my glitter polishes and about half my collection of about 250 polishes are glitter or confetti based. Hey what can I say? I like a little shine a little blank and I want to make sure that it’s shaken and not stirred. But I do go through some of my collection and just shake a bunch of them up at the same time I’ve had nail polishes for eons after I put my nail polish thinner inside. I put them on the mini vortex and it does the rest. Not something that’s necessary, but you’ll love it when you get it and you can use it for your art paints as well.
