Great item. I thought the first one had a Hairline crack in it when I was looking at it but it was not a crack it was a casting line that looked like a crack. The replacement had the same line in the same place only it had some tiny metal tics sticking up that was not on the first one. I made an error what can I say. So these are Great replacement mirrors and I Do Highly Recommend Them. Fit was perfect, look great on my truck and even went down a rough gravel road 15 miles and not a problem with shaking loose or needing more adjustment. They are well made and worth the money.

Held nicely in place while driving on the freeway. Still brand new. We will see how long it will hold up in another few months. Fit was good. Not completely like the last one. Less weather strip padding on this one.

The product fits perfect, and is relatively simple for a diy replacement. The mirror itself is zoomed in so I see less, I was lucky that I still have my original passenger mirror so I can see over. I am pretty sure this mirror is put on backwards as the reflection is very distorted. Better than nothing but c'mon.

For the price I paid for this mirror, I expected to have a somewhat "cheap" experience. Well, I am actually very surprised. It has been installed on the truck for about two months, and is handling the lovebug season with aplomb. It is not as well made as the original, as it is not sealed around the perimeter of the glass with caulk, nor is it as heavy. However, it seems to be doing the trick for now. I left my original mount on the truck and simply swapped the mirror with arm, cover, and clamping bracket over to it. If you really do not want the mirror to move, then tighten down the bracket as much as possible BEFORE you put the cover on. Once it is installed, you will be hard pressed getting it off without breaking the plastic clips holding it on. I have a feeling that you would have to take the mount and mirror off from the door to access the releases for the tabs. I do not expect it to last the nearly 30 years of the original, but for the price paid, if it lasts 3, I will have made out like a bandit!

I bought this mirror to replace the factory mirror on my '89 GMC because it was old and the chrome finish had dulled. This mirror was nice and shiny, but the actual mirror is inferior and the arm began rusting within a year. I wish I had kept the original mirror. I would recommend finding an OEM instead.

Great product. Fit perfect. Looks and performs just like original at a very reasonable price. Included new hardware and mounting gasket. Could not be happier with this purchase.

Looks great and doesn't shake around when driving. Cam with all the hardware, nuts, rubber gasket for an easy install. Nice quality.
