Works fine!
Library it's to hard to read and it's very hard to code for this to do a specific task!

Doesn’t work
Unable to load any program on Arduino while the usb shield is attached

Not as described!
They say: "The USB power pin, the 3.3Vin, and 5Vin pins needed to be soldered for the shield to work. " But it comes without the soldering! This was the main reason I bought this, very sad.
