We've got more expensive ones that broke and didn't last and didn't work as good as this one does this one is perfect is the perfect size we're on the go or at home and it's easy to wash and sterilize it's really really good and the resistance is really a lot better my husband says and the price was way better

I was shocked and overjoyed at how well this allowed my mucus to be dispelled. I had bronchitis 4 months ago and I hadn’t been able to get all these months long congestion out of my chest as of today. I didn’t think this would work but I had nothing to lose. A flutter valve exerciser was referred by my pulmonologist and I am happy I got this as it works perfect. There are 3 size balls. I will be using this to strengthen my lungs. So far it is so very helpful. It clears the phlegm. It is so portable too.
