Really excellent and very bright neon glow - get the dimmer switch! Overall, well priced compared to similar custom neon signs. Delivered really quickly. Created quite a stir when it was first revealed! Terrific customer service too - The first sign I ordered unfortunately had a crack in the backplate when it arrived, but one quick message to request help and a new sign was dispatched the next day. To be on the safe side, I’d just recommend being careful when first opening the package that the sign comes in. Overall, very good indeed & thanks.

This is the third one of these I've bought from this seller and they are all excellent. They arrive quickly, even at Christmas and are very securely packaged. I had a small problem with an incorrect size bolt which was resolved fast and efficiently. I've picked the following customisations for all three signs: 26-30 inches wide, no symbol, single colour, board cut to shape of letters, touch dimming, ac power only and the £3 fitting kit. Bought as a gift for my daughter. She really likes the new addition to her desk. This may have started a neon/led light addiction for her as she now also has a variety of led strips. My fiancé has also decided he too wants one for his birthday. The quality is good and the light is bright. Installation was as easy as plugging it in (not hung on wall). Make sure you check and are happy with the size as it’s not big but not small either. I bought this when it was on sale so really did get a bargain!

Ordered a cute neon sign with my niece’s name and a pink heart and a yellow star on it. It arrived a week earlier than expected, which was great as I ordered it last minute and was worried it wouldn’t be here for her birthday. But needless to say it was a huge success when she saw it. The combination of ice blue, pink and yellow is so vibrant and delightful. All her friends want them now! I wanted to make a special addition and added details to the notes and they did everything perfectly without question or any trouble at all. Best gift ever….

The light just looks stunning. A word of warning though, don't use the adhesive hanging kit. They're really visual when on the wall so I end up removing them and taking half the plaster off the wall. Brought some screws with caps (sourcemap style for a mirror) 10mm ones with a 4 mm thread. It looks absolutely perfect now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Originally I looked at other sellers that were charging almost double the price for similar signs and was a bit skeptical when I placed my order. However I have to say I was extremely surprised by what I received! The seller reached out to confirm I was happy with the project before shipping. There was an issue with the colour on one of the elements but they quickly made the changes and shipped. Again I was impressed I had the sign in my hands 5 days after placing the order. The quality of the sign is excellent! The colours are bight and vibrant, the letters we sharp and clean. The whole thing feels very premium. I really didn't expect it to be this good. Rarely do I give something 5 stars but this totally earned it.
