Very easy to setup once you understand the instruction
Not much to say about the controllers themselves as if like me they are exactly the same your existing one. What I can talk about is the setup instructions. I think the instruction are awful, full of symbols and generally unnecessarily confusing. German hieroglyphics. The actual setup is super straight forward. So I will explain it here: 1. Be within remote range of the garage. 2. On the EXISTING remote: Press the rear button for 1 second, then the desired front button for 1 second. 3. On the NEW remote: Repeat the same two presses.

Excellent Remote
I had 2 hand transmitters with a garage door I had fitted over a year ago but I lost one of them and have had to share my wife's one. I bought this to replace it. Full, easy instructions are included which enabled me to program the transmitter using the one I still had - it was so easy to do, works perfectly and much cheaper than the price quoted by the garage door supplier. I'm very happy with the remote and the speedy delivery and now intend to purchase another as a spare.

Next day delivery
I ordered two remotes and they were delivered the next day. Instructions to programme the remotes were included and very easy to follow. Battery was also included. Would definitely recommend.

Expensive and has a short life.
£38 for a tiny piece of plastic and a trivial little circuit board. How much does it coat you to make? Less than £1 I'd wager. Good scam. My second one just broke for no apparent reason. So when I add up all the replacements, the door opener TCO doesn't look great. Previous opener lasted over 30 years. Planned obscolecence I presume. We need to revise our US corporate driven system.

Este mando NO es compatible con el motor con el que se anuncia en Amazon, y que es el que tengo instalado en mi garaje. Me lo ha confirmado el vendedor desde Inglaterra. Ahora el problema de la devolución me lo como yo por el error de Amazon
