I wasn't sure if I'd get something that allowed me to charge, but wouldn't show up on the phone app for charge % anymore. Very pleasantly surprised it works as well as the original.

The structure fits well and charging connections are fine, but it doesn't shut off. You get 1 full charge at best unless you learn to time the exact second to remove the earbuds (Which turns them on defeating the purpose as the battery drains). Edit:11/27 left the case plugged in all night, went to charge on the go this morning and nope.

Update: after contacting the company and recieving a replacement I have to say my opinion has greatly changed. The replacement fit the ear buds pro 2 perfectly. They have been consistent and dependable for the better part of a year now without fail. The only complaint and it's a small one due to the price is the case does not connect to my device. Overall this is the only replacement case I would buy without having to find a second hand samsung case. Do NOT buy for buds pro 2. They absolutely got this wrong and the charging prongs are in the wrong place so you cannot charge the ear buds at all. The case doesn't even close when your ear buds are in the case and they do not nest correctly at all. Just bad all around. I knew the quality would not be great based on the price but at minimum I was hoping this case would work for at least a few months. How does this garbage even make it to market. It's so frustrating to be lied to and have to go through returns processes everytime one of these so called "companies" sneaks one of these products into Amazon. If it was as shown in the picture and did what it claims it would have been fine I'm sure but what showed up looked like something created in somebody's basement 3d printer. Not good

The case works, but not perfectly. The wear app only shows how charged the left ear bud is if you're using only the left ear bud, but then it will sometimes show the same percentage as the right earbud even though you know you've used one more than the other. The cas percentage doesn't seem to want to change at all and the battery life isn't that great. For the price I don't expect it to be as great as the original case, but it's better than nothing right now until I decide if I want to spend the money on the Samsung one.

They still work and charge my buds to a 100%

This thing worked great the first week I had it. Now my ear buds wont stay connected to my phone. they just connect and disconnect constantly. cant use them anymore. I'll have to find a fix. If I do I will come back and change this review and post a fix.

So far, I'm happy with it. It works and is charging now. The only thing is that the charging cable is USB on one end and USB C on the other. I've still got my original Samsung cable so it's okay.

Bought one to replace my original case on May 2025, it suddenly stopped working, no charge on the case, stopped charging ear buds. What a waste of my time. Look else where.

As described so far

I honestly don't know why this charging case has so many bad reviews. Sure the plastics cheap and the lid doesn't close as tight but its never caused an issue for me. My Samsung s24 plus can read both the head phones battery life and the case battery life even though many reviews say this does not work. The charging case also seems to last a very long time without needing to be charged too. I maybe charge mine every 2 weeks and I go to the gym 5 days a week. I went into this with absolutely 0 expectations because of the reviews and am blown away.

mon boîtier d'origine de mes Bud 2 pro ne fonctionne plus. il ne charge que l'oreillette guauche. en prenant ce nouveau boîtier g pu remédier au problème. le boîtier fonctionne parfaitement en chargeant rapidement les écouteurs et en gardant la charge pour recharger les écouteurs automatiquement

Materiale economico, il coperchio traballa un po'. Non affidabile l'indicazione di batteria sull'app... Ma il suo lavoro lo fa solemnemente. L'assistenza Samsung non mi ha mai risposto, sennò compravo l'originale.
