Squish it first! Squeeze the packet to make the cottage cheese-like curds go away. These taste good and are good for you. At approximately $3.50 a pouch, they aren't inexpensive. The brand IS "Designer Wellness" after all. This is our second batch of DW Protein Smoothies (giggle) and I like these better because they don't taste like bananas. The first box, Variety Pack had Tropical Fruit, Banana Strawberry, and mixed berry. I like bananas, but it is a scent that dwarfs other scents. We still liked them. THIS batch of Super Fruit are better. I think I like the Blueberry Vanilla the best. Raspberry Passion Fruit is flavorfully sour, and Peach mango is a little strangely textured, but fine. If you've had mango or peach nectar, you know the texture is a bit strange. MCT oil is supposed to help with weight loss. I'm still weighting. I WILL say, they have kept me from stuffing unhealthy snacks and treats into my pie hole. I feel relatively full after consuming a pouch. Don't break your neck trying to suck out the last drop. It's impossible. Nonetheless, they are a good size, don't NEED to be refrigerated, great portion size to keep your tummy satiated for a few hours. I am health conscious and the ingredient list is clean and healthy. Each pouch is 4.2 ounces and 120 calories. The sweetness comes from the fruit purees and monk fruit, so they are natural. If you use your fingers to try to smoosh out the lumps before opening, you will have a smooth smoothie. If you forget, you can screw the cap back on after that first chunky swallow, smoosh, then suck. SMOOOOOOOOOthee.

I really enjoy these smoothies for a small boost of protein in my day when I'm on the go and don't have much time or both hands for eating. Good flavors. Easy to drink. I enjoy them best cold.

Disgusting, cold or room temperature. Chuncky "smoothy". I have had baby food that tastes so much better. Because I tried a flover each to make sure they were all the same, now I do not qualify for a return or refund. So at least I can warn the next person. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! Also I never leave reviews bc most issues are not that dramatic. This is though I can't pay some one to eat so I have to trash it, what a waste just take your money and put it in the garbage if are tempted to purchase.

I am usually happy with these smoothies, but lately they seem super watery and not very tasty!!

They all taste pretty good.

Great to have for on the go and to help hit protein goals. Did not taste as bad as other protein shakes. Tasted best chilled. I also froze them and then enjoyed them semi- frozen.

These are so good. I got them for backpacking and hunting. Super easy and light backpacking snack. Great little boost of protein. And they don't have that nasty protein flavor other protein snacks have

I rate this one a four because the raspberry is VERY tart. Otherwise, I have bought these a few times, and I like them when I'm in a hurry and don't have time for breakfast or a quick pick-me-up in the middle of the afternoon. I don't see where they really assist with weight loss or overall health. They do curb appetite for a couple of hours. The Vanilla Blueberry is very good. I would buy those again.
