I love this air purifier
I love this air purifier and, while expensive, the filters work like a dream. The amount of dirt this thing picks up is insane! I highly recommend this product

I love my Molecule
I love my Molecule. I've had mine for just about 3 years, and rarely ever turn it off. It has not once broken. The filter is great and lasts 6 months, even without turning it off, and is easy to install.

Horrible customer service.
I received this filter and no matter where I placed my Molecule Mini+ it would read “Very Bad” particle readings. I have a Molekule Pro filter as well and it does not show the “Very Bad” particle reading. I’ve since requested a replacement filter and estimated delivery was Jan 30. It is now Feb 22 and still have not received a new delivery date. I’ve already returned the defective filter and still no updates. For the price of this filter, I believe I should have a better customer service than what I am receiving. If anything, could I cancel the replacement filter and get my money back? I’ll order from a reliable source, directly from the Molekule website. Any response or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
