Very strong in flavor and color. If you're planning on using it as a natural food dye, use a lot less than you think; you get a lot of bang for your buck that's for sure. It does taste fishy, but only if you use too much.

It seems to be pure ingredients. I like that there are no fillers. I mix 1 teaspoon with 4 ounces of juice. I read it aides in athletic recovery. I believe it does for me.
