I love this tablet!
I’m very pleased with this purchase! I replaced my grandson’s older Fire tablet with this one, and it was a great decision. The screen size is perfect for his little hands, and it’s easy to use. The touch screen is very responsive—almost too much at times, since he nearly reset it by accident—but overall it works beautifully. The battery life is decent for everyday use; if streaming movies, I recommend keeping it plugged in. The tablet is lightweight, and with the cute red case I bought (with a handle), it’s easy for him to carry around. Great quality at a great price!

Seemed like new and not refurbished!!
What a great buy. I had all Apple products before but they are so expensive and become obsolete in a few short years. So no more iPads and iPad minis. I bought a kindle refurbished. Stopped charging after a few weeks. But wasn’t really happy with it so instead of rebuying when Amazon credited me, I decided to look for a reader but also in color and nicer screen and the fire tablet is amazing. I wish I would have bought these instead of iPads for so many years. Does everything an iPad does but cheaper and I even like the look better. The only thing that I hate and of course why it is so inexpensive are the adds for apps. If I want to look for an app, I will go to the App Store. I don’t need advertisements on my home page but that is why these are cheap. The kindle had the ads too unless you bought an add free one but who wants to spend that kind of money. Or has that kind of money nowadays ha ha. So great device. The refurbished looked brand new. I even got one for my husband as a gift. Looked and packaged like a new device but saved a lot of money. Which is why I went ahead and bought one as a gift for me too. Got two great cases for us. We couldn’t be happier. He reads and watches YouTube videos. I read and shop on Amazon. Admittedly I do more shopping then reading which is why I bought a kindle first but it was boring so here we are. Two happy people with our refurbished kindles.

Great tablet!
Touch and go with the setup. While it was advertised with 16 GB of storage it really has 10.68 GB. I inserted a 128 GB sdcard but for some reason the card made this unit unusable. It continuously rebooted. After I removed the card it works perfectly. I have ordered another 32GB card to.see if that works better. I will like it after I get all the kinks out. Update: As I said before, I ordered a 32 GB SD card made for Fire Tablets and it works perfectly now. Cool little unit.

Ya Gotta add memory.
Initially I wasn't too pleased with the performance of this tab. Rather slow, even cutting it some slack due to affordability. Then I put a 128GB micro sd card in, and assigned it as permanent memory. The difference has been night and day. I knew it wasn't an android tablet, but I'm not a power user. So it fits my needs. I recommend it if you meet the same criteria.

There’s some limit
The Fire 7 tablet is okay, but you need to understand its limits before buying. The size is very small — 7 inches feels cramped, especially for reading, browsing, or watching videos. Performance is acceptable for basic use, but it is not very smooth and can feel slow at times. The biggest limitation is the operating system. This is not standard Android; it uses Amazon’s own OS, which means the app selection is very limited. Many common apps are missing or require workarounds. Because of this, it’s not ideal if you expect full Android functionality. Overall, it can be a decent gift for light use or for someone who only needs basic features, but it’s not a powerful or flexible tablet. If you want more apps and better performance, this is probably not the right choice.

Like New Amazon Fire 7
It has been a horrible experience! Works intermittently and for short periods of time. It comes with all Amazon apps and said is running out of storage space. I had only downloaded a couple of games, nothing else! Now it won't shut down, showing the screen with 3 panels of computer like inside lines. Frustrating and can't find help from support group yet. First time in decades I got a horrible product from Amazon.
