The capsule is a tad on the large side but still easy to swallow. Overall, I think it is a good product. Frankly hard to gauge the impact of taking minerals. But not many trace minerals products on the market that cover the spectrum. of trace minerals.

Funny coincidence that I had to get an abdomen x-ray for a separate issue at least 24 hours after having taken these. The person that took it asked me if I had taken pills recently... and I was like "no not today bc I had to do fasting labs this morning.." And then they showed me the X-ray and I saw 3 perfectly shaped white and still whole pills moving along inside my intestine. I had taken 3 of these more than 24 hours before the x-ray! And I had definitely had bowel movements and eaten since taking them. I came home to do the famous test to see how well they dissolve in water and these have been like this photo for over 12 hours. These don't break down. If they don't break down and dissolve then your body can't absorb the minerals and that makes these worthless. You also can't return this item to Amazon, so I've wasted my money on a crap product. All I can do at this point is warn the rest of you not to waste yours too. Lol
